K20 all the way... turboing them is more power efficient... h22's are heavy, and once you turbo it kiss vtec goodbye... the k20 is fast without it, the h22 is only fast because of it

ok both engines are great. my H22a type s will take an RSX type s. but im just sayin. honda engines period are great. not too many other manufacturers can compete. i just hate the way K series r set up, all backwards n stuff. pain in a dick to swap. but if u think about it, F series are the strongest ones. single cam F series, like F23 makes 150hp 152 tq. and dohc F22 from S2K makes like almost 250hp 163tq or sumtin like that. so F series r strong as hell too.

K's are an amazing powerplant. The headflow numbers over almost every other honda engine are GINORMOUS.. End of sentence, a K responds better to bolt ons and modification than any other honda engine before it. H's SUCK, heavy ass trash
