This is a part of the LOOOONG list of enabling that Howard has done over the years to his staff...They have to damn near kill someone to get fired. They KNOW Howard ain't firing them and has incorporated their ineptness into 'schtick' for the show. It is funny but so damn aggravating, even hearing this from 100 years ago.
