I remember LL in those days. When he came to my hometown he rolled up @ WRFG to promo the show he was doing. We were all waiting outside the radio station until this red Cadilac limo rolls up, and LL gets out of the back with a red Kango on, a black T-Shirt, and some blue Lee Jeans, walking just like he did in this video. That was the only time I ever saw him.

This is one of the best videos ever. The dutch guys wonkiness in greeting versus LL's impossible fluidity. It is a scene of pure sunshine and positivity in the urban landscape like LL literally used. We can see how LL inspired Jay Z here. He was a prophet about hip hop rising.
