@scoreseven I was able to hook up my dazzle capture device to the tv, to record my games, i had to hook up the composite to the tv and the rca cables to the dazzle, so i can see the game on the tv screen when i play , but i also like to record stuff off the tv which is why the av outputs are important to the tv, cause anythign that comes out of the tv i would be able to capture frrom the outputs to the inputs to the capture device

omg! lol i just got the same tv to hook up my macbook and xbox 360. The only extra thing i did was buy some Bose Companion 3 speakers to go with it for amazing sound and a Monster HDMI Cable for the xbox (makes a HUGE difference in picture quality!). My insignia is an updated version of this with 3 hdmi ports and a usb port too. It's all nice though. Good vid!

@darkpal123 I have no clue but the guys pry right it pry looks shitty, mac's usually user as cheap of a low end card as possible that can do those /things/ in other words it's either using a mobile geforce/ati of the "7" variant or a Intel GMA 900+/X1000 series. :/

So yeah mac's arn't the best thing to use on a HDTV.......unless its a Powermac in which case you can upgrade it espeically if it has 2 PCI express slots, I recommend at the "Least" 2 8600GT's.

@TruEntertainmentRU The only cons for the tv is the low sound from the speakers and that there isn't much ports. But that HDTV quality is amazing. And from my ps3. The good things about it is that it's led (consumes less power), great picture, and takes up less desk space. I do recommend the tv. Just make sure to get some speakers if you want to game. Some cheap computer speakers will work

The screen is the best thing about it. I have no complaints of about blurring, which is nice considering the the low refresh rate and the viewing area is great (no TV would look good at the angles at which this starts to degrade). SD channels could look a bit better. In my area almost all channels that matter are HD so it's not an issue for me.

The speakers are crap and I would like more HDMI ports, but if you're shopping on a budget or have a small room, I recommend checking this out.
