  • As a protestant I believed that ROme was the whore of babylon. However, scripturally, it is the city of Jerusalem. Revelation says that the beast and the 10 horns will burn the city with fire and strip her naked... Jerusalem also has seven hills... revelation also says that it is the city where our lord was crucified:jerusalem

  • Thank you. Please see my Orthodox Christian video promotions on youtube under 'marykfilms.'

My upcoming documentary will about the end times is going to be very surprising.

  • I bet the pope is a good butt rammer.

  • @johnnymexica Why are you keeping quiet? Are you hiding behind SATAN and taking potshots at the Pope? A label suitable for you is COWARD!

  • Much apocalyptic thinking -- or I should really call it pseudo-apocalyptic -- is actually emanating from the adherents of a belief system totally opposed to any form of Christianity -- and we Mormons consider ourselves Christians. I do not speak for the LDS Church, but I decry the misuse of the Apocalypse by people who are trying to bring about destruction. I have atheist friends and there are many wonderful atheists. It is better to be an atheist than to use the Savior's name in hate.

  • @classicr0ckfan19601 I curse the LDS church and command truth to be loosed over the captives and that church be destroyed. I think mormons are good people who have been fooled. THere could be no worse fate than to serve God to the best of your ability and then to find that you have believed falsely and end up in the hell. If you think that a church with secret ceremonies based on masonry, and pentagrams instead of crosses and fig leaf costumes with celestial sex is of God, than I feel for you.

  • I'm a Mormon, by the way, and was raised Catholic. I have been in many denominations. The Savior said that the greatest commandment is to love God with all one's heart, soul, and being, and that the second is like it: to love one's neighbor as oneself. Many people think, myself often included, that we can flagrantly flout the mitzvah of loving our fellow beings, and make up for it by projected an exaggerated amount of maudlin emotion onto abstract ideas about God. This does not work.

  • @classicr As a mormon you believe that God was once a man, Jesus is Lucifer's brother, wear magic underwear, and that you will be a god yourself and populate your own planet by endless sex with a sex slave wife.I could "pray about" the playboy mag in my hands, and perhaps a demon might make me feel a burning-but that would be an evil spirit fooling me.

check out "Mormon lady goes to hell" on youtube if you want the truth. I assure you Jesus is not lUcifer's brother and God was never a man-

  • Francis Bacon once made an observation about whom an arrest warrant would be issued for if a description of the antichrist were issued to the chief of police. The point of religion, I really think, is to encourage compassion and kindness. What does not do that may call itself religion, it may commit injustice in the name of religion, but it's an ego trip. Not everything called love may be love, though I defy anyone to deny the centrality of love and mercy to Christ's doctrine.

  • People who are obsessed with apocalyptic doomsday prophecies are usually suffering from profound psychological disturbances. In the Epistle of James there is a definition of religion that has nothing to do with eschatological speculations, and I think religion -- any religion -- is being misused once the hating and the mudslinging starts. Religion should benefit the human race and the rest of creation as much as possible. The doomsdayers of all creeds are stupid.

  • they talk about a pope who will part of the ant-christ or the lamb of the 2 horns who will join with the anti-christ and since their is one in the end with with no name is because its the black pope benedict is the white pope, the black pope runs the pope and the vatican study it know it and watch it fit like as a puzzle piece!

  • why do catholics worships saints. that goes against gods commandments for idolotry just saying

  • many catholic haters!!!! are not tired hahhhahaahh!!!! what ever u trying to destroy catholic church!!! catholic church lives on!!!!!

  • @trishaiscatholic The catholic church will destroyed by Jesus because the catholic church is the anti christ the bible is clear on it if you read it with the correct interpretation

  • @foxtrot1162 would u please stop ure dirty imagination u look so funny no one will buy your evangelical propaganda

  • what dirty imagination i think your mind is off because my comments have nothing to do with being dirty. you're the one who looks funny making comments based on imaginary thoughts on things i never said. you call the word of God "evangelical propaganda" you should be ashamed. its not a surprise considering you follow a pope who attempts to change Gods law. have fun following the words of men and ignoring the words of God

  • @foxtrot1162 if u will denied the successor of saint peter ure never believed in jesus..he chosse peter to represent his authority u know i have a happy life and succesful career so im thankful to god that im catholic and i always proud to be a catholic ..

  • @foxtrot1162 u full of anger and hatred to peter suceessor...he will pray for u..

  • there is no point arguing this u dnt get it dont u know the reasons why the reformers left the catholic church. they too knew what bible says about it. or how about the church attempting to kill king james because he authorized an english version so everyone could read Gods word. how many saits were killed for professing their love of God by the church just because they didn't agree with rome. true men of God burned at stake on order of the pope thats who u follow. shame on u

  • @foxtrot1162 blah blah blah!!!! catholic church lives on im tired of hearing the haters,,...loool!!

  • @trishaiscatholic shame on me shame on u!!!!! many protestants are turning to catholic faith so get lost!!!

  • @foxtrot1162 shame on you too we catholic are growing and we love our mother church..i always stand for my catholic faith..long live papa beneidcto !! the peter successor and great apostle of god!!pray to all haters!!

  • Watch a video about the antichrist and it said the the mystery of Babylon link to america. Something to do with the statue of liberty. Because that statue represents the goddess of Babylon. Just saying. Besides, America is the super power of today and Rome isn't really anything any more.

  • Well,I pray that all Christians from all three denominations "come out of her",meaning Eastern Orthodox,Western Catholic and Protestant! It's NOT all and only Catholic Christians.Jesus knew His Church-The INVISABLE Church-The TRUE BODY of CHRIST! Pray for ALL of Gods' Church.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Show me where you found evidence of this in the Scriptures. If you wish to make your point, back it up in the Word.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Please accept my apologies-I was directing the comment to the angry, anti catholic-1968desert eagle.

  • @truthfulreply I have been reading these posts and you all seem rather "hostile".

  • @RedeemedLilly1 I have offered kind apologetics to my faith-most all the others are having fun bashing our Catholic faith.

  • @truthfulreply I am not a Catholic. Am I a heretic, then?

  • @RedeemedLilly1 We are better off getting out of this video commentary anyway-let them have fun wasting their own time arguing.

Thers a great video on you tube-Saints & sinners-a wonderful documentary.

Another is -CNN-After Jesus, the first Christians.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Oh my goodness-LOOK WHOS CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK-you are the one with the rude lies about our RCC. We Catholics don't argue-we offer honest apologetics & you go off the deep end. I am so filled with the love & peace in Christ through my faith of the ONE HOLY CATHOLIC CHURCH.I'll say a prayer for you.God Bless.

    Its a shame how

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Oh, is this so? Tell me, why are you here? To spew the poison of antisemitsm? I won't battle the intellectually challenged; you have a disability and it is called "indoctrination."

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I have seen the same kind of quotes from the Vatican website. These are actual quotes from your Popes...! Moving2U is absolutely correct and you can't stand being "wrong"! That's why you fight us all so bad.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 That response shows me how ignorant you really are and how much you twist the Scriptures. The Scripture tells you to get rid of the plank in your own eye first--then you can see to help your brother. It does not say you are to judge him or anybody else because you have your own sins to deal with....So, "Farmalch dos moyl!"

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I was on this page as part of a research project, and had the complete misfortune to stumble upon one of your posts. Does the Catholic Church still do exorcisms? You have one hellish demon spirit on you!

  • @TheSacredHeart2

Do you believe in Jesus Christ, the one you said founded your Catholic Church? Do you believe in Mary, his mother? Belief in Christ is "Faith" and if that is a demonic lie, then it makes you a liar as well, doesn't it?

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Name them then, if you know all there is about me and what I believe. Read Isaiah 42:20 : "YOU SEE MUCH BUT DON'T PAY ATTENTION, YOU OPEN YOUR EARS, BUT YOU DO NOT LISTEN!" The Torah has a lot to say about people of your pedigree.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I am only going to tell you one more time, fool...knock it off with the all the Luther BS. It is old and you have no new arguments. I do not worship Luther, I worship Jesus Christ. If anything resembles a Cult, it is the Catholic Church. The two greatest commandments can be found in the scriptures. Why don't you look them up and get back to us on it?

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Talk about "willful ignorance"! Holy chai kock!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Sounds to me like you're nothing more than a NAZI that likes to burn books...you are certainly a "Dybbuk!" (Go look it up, and doon't bother responding, I won't answer you.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Yes, we all know your postion well--and that you are a "davkanist"!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 lol there you go again with the Mary worship

  • @TheSacredHeart2 And you worship Satan, what was your point?

  • @TheSacredHeart2 You are right, everyone knows your Satanic position. But I'm not wasting my breath much at all. I'm called to expose the evil deeds of darkness and bring them into the light.

You just can't stand someone who is just as persistant as you are, only correct.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Ssshhhhh, You aren't supposed to say that outloud, now EVERYONE know's you follow Satan's hatred instead of God's love.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Admit it, you wish you were alive during the inquisition so you could have the pope's authority to murder the lot of us huh?

  • @TheSacredHeart2 And your commision is to condemn us instead of convert us? (pssst, that's Satan's doctrine)

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I don't ignore the evidense, I properly interpret it. Catholics didn't exist until Constantine created the cult. Thank you for condemning me with lucifer's lot and showing your true heart to Jesus.

(Your ignorance is blissfull to you, close your eyes tigher and plug your ears more firmly, it won't change the truth) Catholicism = Cult. You are either a knowing leader or a poor duped follower.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 (ME) Jesus is the only way (YOU) Catholicism is the only way (ME) If you are saved, God will change you (YOU) If you work real hard God may save you (ME) worship God alone (YOU) worship statues, dead men and women and funky little beads. (ME) Ask for forgiveness from God (YOU) Ask for forgiveness from a man in an old fashioned phone booth. (ME) partake in communion in remembrance of the true passover lamb (YOU) think you summon Jesus and then eat Him Cultist Nuts
  • @TheSacredHeart2 Can't a man go to work and earn a living without you cultists demanding an immediate answer to you false gospel questions? Keep waiting, I just got home and am going to grill some steaks and eat dinner. Is that ok with you?

Don't think that just because you have to wait a 1/2 day for an answer that I'm unreasonable. You won't find a one verse stop for sola scripture. Early Christians did no devotion to Mary.

And yes, I am a Bible believing Jesus trusting Christian.

  • @1968DesertEagle Hi! you are still around, telling Alex235689 that you are done with him and all the apostates, but You tube hid you in the caves and under rocks of spam. Your posts to me missed out a few other scary comments I made about Protestantism. Would you like to comment on them too?

  • @rocky60191 Yes, and you can look this up on your own. You are still a "Messhumed" and a "chutzpenik"!

  • @1968DesertEagle Have my comments hurt you deeply? If so, you deserve it. The stray cat has wandered around and mass bred millions of stray cats. “It is challenging to write a coherent history [of Protestantism] because of the sheer multiplicity of Protestant and Protestant-like churches in the world today. The Atlas of World Christianity, published in 2010, counts more than 4,000,000 individual congregations worldwide, with most of them gathered into more than 38,000 Protestant denominations.”

  • @rocky60191 To think you think you are bothering me is absolutely hilarious. I am laughing at you, dumbass!

  • @1968DesertEagle Like a little child. You pinch him and then ask,"Painful?" He says, "No". You him harder. "Painful?" He says "No". You pinch him harder still, "Painful? " Mummy, he pinched me".

  • @TheSacredHeart2 " I think its interesting how you accuse us of being a cult when you are the one who denies 2000 years of unbroken tradition"

The earliest Christians had no Catholic Church as it didn't exsist until after 300AD.

I claim Jesus yet you call all outside of your cult Luther worshipers, You worship dead men, Mary, physical items and statues. You are blind sadly.

And no, it's 1700 years of unbroken Constantine tradition, sorry you have been duped by Satan himself.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Constantine has nothing to do with the OT.

Serpent on the ashira pole (Better study that in context).

Joseph calling an angel Lord? Where?

Two Cherubim on the Ark of the Covenant? Nobody was called to worship them, they are part of the model of the holy of holys in heaven. Outside of God commanding his ark to be built, and your misunderstanding of the purpose of the ashira pole, where (outside of the Catholic cult) does scripture approve man making statues for His temple?

  • @Moving2U If you believe in Jesus Christ, then you must accept the Old Testament as well as the New. The Old Testament bears witness to Jesus and Jesus himself has made this point. I am not being "nasty" about it...just pointing it out... From what I have been reading here, Catholics do not seem to take the OT seriously.

  • Catholic trump card is the "validity" of traditions of men.

Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.

    Also read Col 2:20-23

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. (=Catholicism)

  • @TheSacredHeart2 The works that Jesus and James claim you must have: love God, love your neighbor, NOT pennance, statue, Mary and dead saint worship. True faith produces works of love not works of self righteousness. We work because we are saved, not in order to be saved or maintain salvation. Scripture + mans traditions = Satan. The pretend Christian Constantine started your precious church, filled it with the leaderhip and cults of Rome, then killed all who failed to bow to the Catholic cult.

  • Wow 1968deserteagle....you need to get a life...seriously. You don't understand what's going on or your history for that matter.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Does it bother you that your words do not have the desired effect on me? Sure seems that way. I expect poison from a snake such as yourself.

  • truthfulreply: Do you honestly think I would put my trust in anything a Nazi would say? Besides, the Catholic Church new better than to go against Hitler by assisting the Jews...he was trying to exterminate them. Don't make the Catholics to be Jewish sympathizers...they most certainly are not...Why don't you read some of the Catholic propaganda spewing out of @SacredHeart2's mouth? Why would I have reason to trust German records anyway?

  • @SacredHeart2: You are such a schmutz! To tolerate Jews is to deny Christ? Yet you said your Catholic Church was founded by Christ and Christ put Peter in the leadership of the church.. THEY ARE JEWS-------WHAT PART OF THAT DON'T YOU GET?

  • @SacredHeart2: You just love to harp on Luther, don't you? I told you that I do not follow him or that denomination--! Being saved through Faith is not a Luther idea, it is God's idea. You dare call me a lying fraud when you can't even quote the Scriptures accurately?

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Oh, yes, I do, indeed. It is you, my friend, who is seriously misguided. You believe that the Catholics are the only ones that are Christian and the rest of us are going to burn in hell. I worked in a Catholic-run nursing home and let me tell you something--none of them ever behaved as I have seen you behave on this site!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 You are truly retarded... Yeshua is Jesus in Hebrew. You are going to tell me WHO I worship? That I am not a Christian? That Yeshua is a false God? Tell me why, then, do you claim he founded the Catholic Church and that his disciple Peter was the first Pope?

  • @TheSacredHeart2 That all you've got? Try again.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 What do you think of me then? Want to take a few swings at me? Go ahead... If hate has nothing to do with the topic, why does it spew out of you with such force? That's not very Christian!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Funny, I don't follor Luther nor the Pope. I am not Catholic, yet I follow Jesus Christ and I am considered a "heretic" and non-Christian. You misquote Scripture you fool! Nobdy is saved by works!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Seems to me that the Catholic Church has yet to exorcise all their demons, for you are still posting.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH. You are saying not to make hypocritical judgments and yet your posts are full of them! And by the way, @bigblondman1, I do read my Bible--A LOT! Do not underestimate me--either of you!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Would you please think before you post? If only Jesus can judge, then why the h---are you judging me or the Jewish people (my brothers and sisters)?????

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I can't decide whether to laugh at you or feel sorry for you! Why would Jesus [A JEW] start the Catholic religion-? You are so messed up, dude.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Know what? Just saying that antisemitism isn't real and that its a trick of the Jews shows me that you have a real issue against the Jewish people. That is kind of stupid since you have claimed the pope is really Jesus (cloaked in the flesh) sitting on the throne in the Vatican. Jesus was a JEW you MORON! It really doesn't surprise me at all that you would say such a thing..

  • @TheSacredHeart2 You have no idea how you are contradicting yourself, do you?

  • Comment removed

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I believe it was Pope Nicholas, but don't quote me.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Oh, listen to you...! "The Pope says...the Pope says.." Understand that many of us do not care what the Pope says? I care what Yeshua says and he is in authority over your precious Pope.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Seriously, if you are trying to convert somebody to the faith, this is not the way to do that. You are doing far more harm than you are good for the cause.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Read your own church history. The fact that Yeshua started the church through Peter is without contest; however, Peter did not stand before the church and tell the people that he is Christ's Vicar"--no, when he died, he requested to be crucified upside down on the cross because he felt so inferior to Yeshua..so inferior that he couldn't bear to die in the same manner as his Lord.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Oh, that really tickles me--seriously! Rules and traditions were the very things Yeshua warned the disciples about... "Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees..." He also compared them to "white-washed tombs"-- clean and fancy on the outside, but on the inside full of corruption and dead mens' bones!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I think you have been greatly deceived by the Catholic Church. Are you telling me that Yeshua (the Son of God) is not sitting at the Father's right hand to judge everyone on the earth---including you????

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Wait just a second! I beg to differ with you. The Catholics are NOT the only Christians. Yes, I believe in communion with my Lord and Savior, Yeshua. I am a follower of Christ, therefore a "Christian". I have been redeemed by the blood of Yeshua and I am "kosher" because of it.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 This post shows that the Catholic church believes "salvation" comes through them. That is false doctrine, and no, @bigblondman1 is not condemed to hell because he does not convert to Catholicism. I have little doubt that he would make it there before you would at this point.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 You do not want to listen because the Catholics have mixed the truth with lies. Our true god is Luther? Since when? He may have founded the Lutheran denomination, but he most certainly is not our "god" as you put it. Luther is a mortal man, not deity. The God of the Bible is the only God--and that is God with a capital "G".

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Excuse me? ......Faith is enough and it is Biblical! If you believe it is not enough, then just what do you think is required? Salvation is a free gift to all through Yeshua. Yes, we should have a fear of God--but it is a "reverent fear".... The Bible also tells us that Yeshua intercedes for us and we can come boldly to the Father through him.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 When Yeshua spoke of the Church, he was not referring to the "church" as we understand it. It isn't about "organized religion"---it is about our relationship with Yeshua and the Father (God). Don't make the mistake that salvation comes from your church....it does not. It comes only through the blood of Yeshua.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 As for your first comment, the Catholic church is full of pagan rituals. I do not have a problem with Jesus Christ (Yeshua) because he is the true Son of God... In your post, you are simply saying that the Catholic Church is pagan..[quote] "Many pagan religions had an incarnate god." Yeshua is God incarnate, yes, but he is not pagan.

  • the seven hills is on the other side of the Tiber where the forum and Colosseum are. the One Holy Church is not a whore. She is filled with Saints, virgins, and Martyrs. Protestants have a lose connection to the Church and there can only be one true Church because Christ made it.

  • Catholics and Protestants alike take one Door (Jesus) to heaven.

For the Glory of YHVH, He will call ALL His elect.

Denominationalism does not exist in the Kingdom of Heaven.

Don't just talk about Jesus, be "little christs". I have made so many foolish remarks on these pages. This is what confuses the Church and sometimes the Elect can get into these bickerings.

Love the Lord God with all that you ARE and love your neighbour as you love yourself and all this becomes meaningless distraction

  • @irishbear76 You are right, denominations are of no account. I pulled away from the mainstream protestant church because they are getting too close to the Catholic Church they protested about. I, too, have been foolish by letting the "undiscerned" upset me. I have had to repent and do "damage control" but fear careless remarks have damaged credibility.

  • The pope after Benedict was added later, several years after St Malachy originally made the phophecy. We are on the last pope now, which explain why he looks so evil. As a lifelong Catholic, it pains me to say I do not trust this pope but he looks evil. Apparently from other comments I'm not the only one who feels this way.

  • @kanayd He cant help how he looks. Really look to the next Pope and see if he tries to change the Churches positions on abortion, Faggot marraige, etc. If he is politically correct watch out.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Get out of the Latin and look at the Greek. We are called to judge rightly but never, ever condemn.

Good night, love to bicker more but I already let you draw me way too far i'm starting to act like you, thanks for that.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Do you even know the works he is talking about? It's not 23 hail marys and 4 our fathers or pretending jesus is in your dinner roll.

    Try John 13:35

He's talking about the works of the Spirit, do you not recall the fruits of the Spirit? You've shown nothing but hate and elitism.

  • @Moving2U Once again, Amen!

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Well said apostate, compare your last response with Luke 6:37.

  • @Moving2U: and also verse 38 because it says, "For the measure you use, it will be measured to you."

  • @TheSacredHeart2 I didnt ignore it I answered it 3 posts ago.

Plus you asked for 1 piece of evidense, I gave you a dozen. Now go verify them or shhut up.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheSacredHeart2 "We hold upon this earth the place of God Almighty" Pope Leo XIII Encyclical Letter of June 20, 1894

"The pope is the supreme judge of the law of the land . . . He is the vicegerent of Christ, and is not only a priest forever, but also King of kings and Lord of lords"

La Civilta Cattolica, March 18, 1871.

Go look up the documents yourself. You are a pharisee blocking the entry into heaven and refusing to enter yourself.

  • @Moving2U Do I hear an AMEN?????????

AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN AND AMEN! Pharisee indeed!

  • Comment removed

  • @TheSacredHeart2 "The Pope is not only the representative of Jesus Christ, but he is Jesus Christ, Himself, hidden under the veil of flesh Catholic National (July 1895)."

Cardinal Robert Bellarmine: All names which in the Scriptures are applied to Christ, by virtue of which it is established that he is over the church, all the same names are applied to the Pope.

Pope Pius V: The Pope and God are the same, so he has all power in Heaven and earth

  • @Moving2U Want more? i've got more. You really wonder why Catholics are the butt of jokes about Christianity? Study your history.

  • Comment removed

  • @Moving2U Your Pope has set himself up to be Christ?? That right there is APOSTASY! You call us the "apostates" when your own leadership is committing blasphemy at the highest degree.

  • @1968DesertEagle Is that the best you got? (I'm not affiliated with that cult either). Let me read back to see why you think I called you an apostate... (You must be LDS)

  • That last comment was totally uncalled for. I am not LDS but maybe TheSacredHeart2 is?

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Go dig through your own church history to find his name, I won't read it again. Jesus preached the gospel of peace between men and God through Jesus. Chatholics have added "through a priest only along with some magic bread that they will channel Jesus through". Pray to dead men, trust in Mary, feed the false gospel. I hope you find Jesus to go along with your religion. I sincerely do.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 True faith always produces rightious works. Catholicism salvation is one OF works and is false. It was born in tyranny, has ooperated in tyranny ever since. The real shame are the innocent church members who do genuinely believe that their system is the only way to God and all others are damned (as you so graciously pointed out against Jesus's command not to). You don't have the 1st clue who God will save, you don't see God's or men's hearts. Elitist religious pharisee minded.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 Can you point out where in that last message where you went against God and the Bible? Most Christians can.

Where in the Bible does it state that one can only be saved under a Catholic pope? Traditional Catholicism is not quite 1700 years old and was born under a Roman ruler/pretend Christian convert who persucuted all Christians not recognising the Roman (not Christian) rule of the curch. Yours have murdered, raped and sodomized in the name of God since. Babylon the great.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 "Only If they're part of the True Faith can they receive pardon. Pope Boniface VIII said that there is no forgivness or remission of sins outside Catholic communion."

Just where is that found in the Bible? That is only found in what Catholics have added to scripture. The pope also said that he is equal to God and IS God on earth. You sould have run from your religion a long time ago and saught a relationshi[ with God through Jesus instead of following the heresy of man.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 your being ridiculous now. i never heard of any popes who were as you claim. what do you want from me?? im catholic and saved. if you are, fine. but if you insist on wallowing in criticism of the church you claim to follow then you are contradicting yourself and exasperating me. i dont want to argue. its after midnight here now. so good night.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 as a catholic that is correct. but those christians who are not catholic simply dont agree with that doctrine. i do as a catholic

  • @TheSacredHeart2 now youre really ridiculous. catholics, protestants, and orthodox are all christians. they all accept Jesus as there savior as do i as a catholic. protestants and orthodox rebelled against the catholic church for man made doctrinal reasons. not rebelled against Jesus. put all religion and doctrine aside. the bible says whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. otherwise atheists and agnostics who repent could never be saved. but they can if they truly repent

  • the title of pope wasnt used in peters time. yes Jesus made him the earthly head of the church and is considered the first pope of the church on earth. a non catholic christian is a protestant. im a catholic from birth. i said scholars have two schools of thought when the catholic church was organized formally. catholic means universal. most protestants are in rebellion of that universality. im catholic. the rcc. is certainly rooted from Jesus' time. but not called catholic till later on.

  • @bigblondman1 Do you really know why the protestants rebelled? They saw the Pope as an "antichrist" and they left because of the apostasy that was going on within the Church. Jesus did not crown Peter as Pope---! This was done by church leaders. What I don't understand here: If Peter was the first Pope, then how can the church say that the Pope is Christ in the flesh and sitting over the church?

  • @1968DesertEagleno theydidnt they didnt even know what the term meant then. yes i do. the reformation of the 16th century, the protestants with martin luther, protested 95 doctrinal points of the rcc. 2732 points so the prots.were only against about 4% of the rcc doctrine. regarding the mass, preists roles, and how to attain salvation.also corruption in the church with indulgences peter was made the earthly head of the church. it was the rcc that saw the prots as apostate, ironically.

  • @1968Desert read your bible. Jesus said, thou art peter and upon this rock i will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. i will give thee the keys to the kingdom of heaven. matt.chap 16;17-19. peter was the first bishop of rome. hes considered the first pope because he was made earthly head of the church by Christ .peter is called excathedra. the seat of peter. hes not Christ in the flesh but the popes' have the authority from/of Christ on earth.

  • @bigblondman1 I DO READ IT.... and nowhere in the Bible are you going to find Scripture that gives man that kind of authority (to be Christ on earth)... There is no one righteous--not one! And that includes your precious POPE.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 i said its all christianity meaning catholics and protestants. im telling you history from scholars. in 148 pius 1 made rome the headquarters of the church thereby catholicizing it. but the church was still underground and persecuted some scholars believe that some dont. most say it was in 325 ad. at the council of nicea when 317 bishops universalized the church liturgy and doctrine. peter and all popes are also bishop of rome. at that time the church was still persecuted

  • i told you earlier Jesus founded christianity. the church wasnt catholisized until either 148 a.d. or 325 a.d. at the council of nicea. that was mans' idea as was the split of east and west with eastern orthodoxy. i cant explain it all here, but you are very confused and scattered in your thinking. believe in Jesus for your salvation not man made doctrine of any church. im a born catholic and i was never taught to judge. i was taught the bible thats says to not judge. its all christianity

  • you are wonderfully confused its almost hilarious. Jesus also said he who shows mercy shall be judged mercifully. your reading too much into it and are splitting too many hairs. ultimately, you, i, everyone, believers, unbelievers will be judged by Jesus Christ, the just judge. you also assume too much. you dont know me any more than i know you. guess what, Jesus was a radical revolutionary. He criticized the establishment of His time. He is not the chairman of the republican party.

  • You are right, TheSacredHeart2 is undeniably confused and obviously antisemetic! It is people like that who give the Catholic Church such a bad name.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 you are confusing man made doctrine with the word of God. the bible that you claim to believe in so much and know so well, clearly states, judge not lest ye be judged. there you go again putting words in my mouth. i never said that tolerance repsect and peace must prevail. its Jesus who will prevail and all who believe and trust in Him. who do you think will be doing the judging when you stand before the judgment seat of Christ? Christ thats who. not you or me or anyone else.

  • faith saved the sick in the gospels but you must be saved by the blood of the lamb and beg forgiveness.i know cathlics who go to church on sunday and break all of GODs laws the rest of the week.the sabbath is to be kept only the heretic pope moved it to sunday.only easter sunday should be celebrated.

  • peter the roman will be the false prophet of revelation.read the book of revelation.he will usher in the antichrist. tough shall not have any graven image.cathlolics are to pray to Jesus not a priest.come to the true faith!!

  • but Jesus said to many your faith has saved you. that means faith alone. argue with Jesus, not me. i didnt say that beleiving in the eucharist is all it takes to be a christian. i said its a way of salvation. whosoever eats my body and drinks my blood shall not perish but have life everlasting. says the Lord.john6;54-60 if you are a catholic like i am than you would know that. you are putting words in my mouth and you dont comprehend what im saying well. Jesus is the judge, not you.

  • faith is a heresy?? that means you are calling Jesus a heretic. He said whosoever calls upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved. im a saved catholic by the blood of Jesus through the body and blood of the eucharist of Christ.im saved. the Lord judges, we dont. you can do all the works you want and also keep sinning. we are all sinners. nothing wrong with works, but, dont get hung up on all the contradictions in the bible regarding faith and works Jesus told many, your faith has saved you.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 you are confused. faith alone is most certainly biblical. read ephesians, by grace we are saved through faith, not of works, lest any man should boast and im catholic. i know faith without works is dead. but that refers to justification before man. the old law is in the old testament. the nt. is about Jesus and redemption. st. paul had revalations from Jesus not about the old law. read you bible. luther is not god. Jesus is my Lord and Savior. He is God personified.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 not actually. the church wasnt catholisized until the council of nicea in 325a.d.. or some say by pope pius 1 in 148 a.d. and yes, faith is the way to salvation. read your bible in ephesians. by grace we are saved through faith lest any man should boast. st. paul wrote that, not me. yes faith without works is dead, before the eyes of man. but before the eyes of God, Jesus said your faith saves you.

  • @bigblondman1 You are right to say that "faith without works is dead." One cannot be saved by "works"; it is only through the saving blood of Jesus Christ lest any man should boast.

  • Christians have been saying this for a couple thousand years and it will never end for thousands of years to come. Its all a waste of time people. Live for today, tomorrow will take care of itself.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 no, its about Jesus, the Messiah and salvation. Hes' the answer, not religion. religion is man made. salvation comes through faith in Jesus, not religion.

  • @TheSacredHeart2 because its not about religion. its about Jesus superceding all others as the true Messiah. the others never referred to their Father in heavan . nor did they die as human and ressurecte as a gloryified body into eternal life ans ascend to heavan. the egyptians refused the God of moses. look what happened to them. Jesus also said, there are many not of this fold, meaning christians, that i must bring.
