@thedeem0N - This motor was built for a customer that races a Jr sprint. The rules are under "kidsprint usa". The difference between the IKF /WKA and "This Shit" as you say is. The pop-up can be .035, can remove the choke, remove "pull starter", and we can install the "left handed" exhaust header, but must have spec muffler #4100. As for the pull start, and exhaust, the rules are such because the engine will not physically fit in the car, as the engine is placed on the left hand side of the car.
The rev limiter is part of the rules for this engine package that is raced in karting, with out it, doesn't make anymore horsepower , just makes the power band wider.
Is this the same as a briggs animal because it looks exactly the same?

sounds like my 5hp L head except i rev it higher when racing turn about 10,000 ran it to 12,000 before but got scared that i would blow it
