She is inducted into the "27 Wannabe club" along with Curt Cobain. Both are wannabes!
The only reason she was big was because she created the image, had a catchy name, and a few catchy tunes that copy great artists from the past like Ray and Nina Simone.
Not a legend, Just a talented singer who tried creating a legacy that already exists. Sorry.

I agree with you, yes I understand the 27 club thing. I'm saying it doesn't matter hat she joined that exclusive club...i'd rather she was still with us to entertain in her special way. But i is quite a coincidence so many artist's have checked out at this prime age!!
