the n97's display is way higher res than the iphone's one. The n97 has killer specs (part from the CPU), admit it. But on the other hand the software versions before 2.0 were rubbish

n95 was easy and fast enough to navigate, touchscreens are just fast.also resistive touchscreen are as accurate to operate as capacitive, they are even more accurate to operate if used with a stylus than capacitive. over all the n97 (with the newest fw) beats palm pre and iphone in most categories. also don't talk about symbian since you dont know anything about OS's. Also you complain about the price? its cheaper than your holy iphone! it's obvious that you don't know anything about smartphones

She's biased, she hasn't mentioned that the N97 comes with 32 GB of onboard memory plus she's lying about the touch screens response unless the phone she got was a knock-off . The N97 was never designed or meant to be an Iphone. this is such a one sided review from her. And so what about the OS there are updates comming out every few months, so its not even an issue worth mentioning. the N97 is worth every penny considering all the things I get and I can do with the phone.

She's also making the phone look worse than it is. I do admit it doesn't have a flashy interface. But if you don't care about that stuff and want a phone that gets the job done, this is a the phone.

haha. I'm just joking. I just got my N97 today. Like i no problem with the space bar. I don't get why people complain so much. The touch screen is great. I think its really sensitive. I just wish the D-dad would have been a bit better. But overall, its good. If i was you, i would go to a local store that imports phones and just feel it out urself.

there is NO way i would recommend iphone 3gs over the N97 even if symbian is tha basically the same...what apple added is sumthing they should have started with in the 1st place..

I had the same dilemma but my girlfriend has had the Bold for about 4 months now and sometimes she gets a text message claiming she has a missed call when the phone didnt actually ring, and yes she was in full network coverage and battery life was good. I also tried it and can't get used to the rollerball as it seems flimsy and not very responsive, viewing web pages is not good either with the small screen, however for business use its great. Ive ordered my N97 which is due to arrive tomorrow.
