Hi there, do you have regular cycles? How many red days a month do you typically get and how do you handle them?

@angelfoodcake1979 I have very regular cycles! Every 28 days. I doubted when I went off the pill that my periods would remain regular, but they have! I probably get 5-6 days a month where my light is red. And a few more that it is yellow. My husband and I use condoms if we want to have sex during this time, which again, I thought I would hate, but has been totally fine. That, or we use those days to get "creative" with our sex life, which we have fun with:-)
