Hes brilliant, i think Gok has given so much confidence to women who dont have perfect bodies or skin. I just realised I was making big mistakes.. fair skin- black eyeliner and dark eye shadows, and using pink/plum on my cheeks.. oh thanks for advice!!!

to be honest there is no such thing as the perfect body, and if there was then i'd find that a little scary.

it's our imperfections that make us unique. and the things we may think make us imperfect, other people might find attractive in some way.

The problem with the perfect body is some people try to convince us every freakin day that it does exist, and that we will never be able to get it unless we buy a load of useless crap to change our appearance.

yeah i know. the perfect body is an absolute myth, as perfect differs with everyone.

we shouldn't worry so much about our appearance, and just learn to accept ourselves

that is far more healthy than paying large amounts of money on surgery.

we just need to stop eating up all the rubbish we're fed by magazines/tv/the internet because every single model nowadays even has themselves tweaked through an image editing program, no one is perfect at all.
