There was no alcohol to smell. McCloud saw my wife leave El Cancun at 10:30 on a Friday night & probably figured she had a drink there. The tinted license plate cover gave him an excuse to pull her. A ticket for the license plate is understandable. A roadside sobriety test is not. She had a right to protest under common law, & the threat of tasering for resisting is unmanly & would have killed her due to her neck problem. So that's what she gets for taking her daughter to midnight bowling.
You sit here and keep saying she was not pulled for a moving violation but a license plate violation. Either way if a Trooper smells a form of alcohol, he has a duty to act. I do disagree with you and your wife having to pay for the towing of your vehicle, I give that person a chance to call a friend or family member before towing a vehicle. On the other note if the Trooper was such an ass he would've charged her with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
She's doing fairly well with physical therapy, but I wish she would at least take a nerve pill now and then because being as high strung as she is just adds pressure on the disk from muscle contractions. I can't imagine the pain you've endured. She had knee surgery that didn't work as well as we had hoped, so we're exhausting all other options first. Just not sure if chiropractor would help or hurt, neurologist said chiro might make it worse in her case. Handcuffs sure didn't help.
@rch5121 Hello again moron. You can see my response to your cowardice on video 2. Here's some food for thought. Hope it's not above your simple mind.
"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.” ~Samuel Adams
In that case I am glad she was cleared and I wish her good luck with the neck and back. I have 2 rods and 6 screws in my back and a cage around my C6 C7. I know about that pain. Have a good New Year.
There was no drug test. My wife failing the sobriety test is not in dispute, having to take it is. She was not pulled for a moving violation that drunks are usually pulled for, it was a license plate violation. The cop claimed to smell alcohol 2 times, there was none to smell. Fabricated evidence was used. Her behavior was consistent with a pissed off American. She doesn't take pain pills, only ibuprofen. And her daughter was left on the side of the road with the tow truck driver.
@robbrdbyrd25 McCloud did not give a drug test because his hunch about alcohol, which he claimed to smell, was disproved by the breathalyzer. He would have really felt stupid when a drug test came back negative. We went to a medical clinic after her state sanctioned kidnapping & assault ended & requested a drug test but we passed on it when we learned that it would cost $125.00. Her vital signs were normal. McCloud said they were not. I guess he wanted to leave a seed of doubt to cover his ass.
So what did the drug test show? Had she been taking pain pills for her neck and back? I am not taking sides I am just asking. She did fail the field sobriety test in the previous video by many different factors and her behavior was consistent with an impaired female. Not neccesarily Intoxicated , but impaired.
It seems that what that Gestapo turd smelled was what was up his ass - where his head was.

This fat pig needs an attitude adjustment. Hopefully one day a perp will shoot him when he's not wearing a vest or make it a head shot.

@kromburner hmmmm.........sounds like they needed to do a blood test. Impairment doesn't just include alcohol. Only your side of the story

@kromburner If there were no drugs in her system then a drug test would have shown the truth. Obviously there is something to hide...
