  • great video!

  • Oh please, get over the ants! They are not nasty, they do not carry disease, and many many cultures around the world eat them. Get over yourselves!

  • is that one serving? what is a serving size? I could polish off all of whatever is in the prep.

  • OMG it's soooo awesome to see even retarded people can prepare raw food

  • i love this:) thank you so much!!

  • Oh yum!! Just made it and am eating it with cucumber "chips" :)

  • Looks good.

  • Did anyone else notice the ants crawling all over her counter top?!!?!? Look 26 seconds in at the handle of her cutting board.

    That is truly disgusting.

  • @ElGordoUno They're sugar ants, and they invade my kitchen every spring for about 2 weeks. You can clear them all out, and the next day, they're back. They are the smallest ants I've ever seen. I always think it's interesting how people react to this little ant in the video. It's kind of like hair. When it's on our heads, we spend time washing it, drying it, styling it. But the second one lands in food, everybody gets grossed out!

  • Yeah, most people keep their food prep area free of vermin... At least in the developed world. That's great you can live and prepare food comfortably with insects crawling all over the place.

Hope that works out for you.

  • do you soak the seeds frist? and for how long ?thanks:)

  • Hi! I tried this recipe last night and WHOA< my taste buds were in HEAVEN! Thank you for posting this video and sharing this! I just got back from Optimum Health Institute in Austin, all raw foods, vegan, and learned some delicious recipes that are so healing for the mind and body!!

  • Thanks for a great recipe. I certainly try it. So simple. Would this be fattening? Trying to lose a few pounds.

  • you gotta learn your portions like damn you put too much cheese on one lil cucumber! but its a great recipe and you were great =]

  • great!

  • 0:43 there is an ant walking under the trays grip!!! keep your kitchen clean girl!

  • so to be a raw foodist you can't eat beans or legumes then? do you get enough b12 from nuts/seeds? what about children? can they eat this way? sorry about all the questions but i am very interested in this lifestyle but i am somewhat fearful...

  • yes you can eat beans & legumes, spouts, nuts, seeds, fruits, vegies, superfoods, & herbs. anything that's a natural whole food that is grown from the earth. no processed foods. children can eat this way. it's the best possible way they can eat. there is a great example of this from a couple called 'storm & jinjee' who have raised 5 children successfully on a raw, vegan lifestlye. google, google, google.. there's sum great sites out there. good luck. it's a beautiful way to live:-)

  • yum I'm going to try this with some walnuts, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds would be good lots of calcium! thanks

  • This looks sooooo good. I can't wait to try this recipe out!

  • Too funny I have the same kind of plastic storage container. We've had it forever!

  • I love your ceramics. When I move (and my son has moved out), I want to buy hand made ceramics like that. I love your green, rectangular plate bestest! I wonder if that cheese is good on raw pizza. Looks beautiful.

I love how you showed how to make it in a wimpy food processor too, because it takes a while for people to save up for one of Andre's siblings.

  • Yummy! With water added, you can also use it as a salad dressing.

  • you strapped the camera to your forehead, didn't you? lol :) ... great recipe! ... xoxo

  • No, I did NOT! :) I actually set the camera on one of the shelves in the cabinet pointing down to the cutting board. I think this would only work with the Flip!

  • Thank you. That looks so good. Question: Did you soak the sunflower seeds?

  • Yes, I soaked them overnight.

  • Nice recipe, where do you find a mini prep? Can this be made in a regular blender?

  • Heck yeah, I'd try it in the blender! You can also make it in the food processor, if you have one.
