It's somewhat difficult to see the syncing here, but yeah--they did lip sync. The fact they did it live in the show is like, the opposite of what you'd normally expect.

They didn't lipsync. They actually sung their song because they sung it live before. Its just when done live and done on television or cd, the television and cd versions are cleaned up, as in amplifying the volume to make their voices clearer. other than that, its the same.

I was joking about this video, but in shows where actors sing on screen (especially outside) they will film it without sound and then dub over the top of it with the actual song. Regardless, they ARE singing, but not at the time of filming. Remember, someone pointing out that one of the girls played DekaPink in Dekaranger. So it's not the exact same girls.
