how is he look like michael jackson any way, this movie is good, the old one too, i like him acting like this more than like the old one cause that just make the movie boring since new one good to have new taste, the script have change a bit but i like it

Hate on Johnny if you will, but he's still an extremely talented actor. Probably one of my favorites. I've never seen the original of this movie, so I can't compare the two... But I really DO enjoy when he plays the crazy guy.

This interpretation of Willy Wonka is just stupid. It is like some fruity michael Jackson character. I prefer Gene Wilder. I will never watch this movie

@FreePadz I didn't use to like Depp as an actor, but he's grown on me a lot lately. I don't think this is a bad performance exactly, just an extremely unlikable interpretation, and deliberately so. But huge respect to him for doing it his way and not trying to rip off Gene Wilder.

Tim Burton is awful though. Hugely overrated.

Willy eerily reminds me of Michael Jackson. Johnny Depp imitated Keith Richards for Pirates of the Caribbean....so he probably did emulate Michael Jackson.
