This dudes "jealous brother" creates a bug insect thing called Mizarre and lives inside of it for god knows how long, forms an army of drones and bugs, of all sizes, and destroys all of the Jet Force, enslaves and murders his own people so he can control the galaxy. And instead of killin the fucker they take him home for a serious meeting.
Yep, mass murder and enslave your people because you're jealous of your brother and get away with a strict talking to. I'm sure the Tribal population will be foaming at the mouth when they discover the truth.
Rare needs to get their ass in gear and tell Microsoft that they will remake this game for the 360! Imagine this with revamped graphics a better control scheme multiplayer if anything and maybe more secrets!

I got everything from the ship parts to all the tribals, but never got defeat Mizar all because I could not time the jumps to get away from his Lazor Beam that drains your health as fast as you could blink.
@MariaElenaHall well, my only other thing to add in as to why they should totally have a sequel to this game is because, in the explosion you'll notice that floyd's parts just blown away, which would make for another good jfg game since you would have to collect the pieces again.
it gets you out of trouble for enslaving a planet o tribals, killing innocent tribals, killing the parents of the main characters, hurling asteroids at planets with intention of wiping out all life, and initiating a fullscale war that wiped out nearly the entire federation

Thanks so much for posting this LP. I had a good nostalgia trip watching this. JFG was the first T-rated game I bought by myself. It was actually in the discount bin at Toys 'R' Us, and I was 12. I asked my mom if I could get it with my allowance money, and she let me because I was close enough to being 13 anyway. What an awesome memory.
I feel so stupid... I beat this game minutes ago and I wanted to check how other people did at the end. I got really disoriented and failed the Floyd mission, but the exact same thing happened. When you run out of time, it shows his timer go to zero and the same cutscenes show.
I honestly thought they would find Floyd's pieces somewhere in the ending, what with them being shown blown out of the asteroid at the end! What a grim way to see him go, but still in keeping with some of the other dark cut scenes in the game.
Dude, I didn't start watching these videos, unfortuanetly, until I got the ROM which was the other day, way after you finished this series. I have to thank you on a personal note because I played this game when I was about 5 or 6 in '99 and this series helped me face childhood demons with not beating this game. I haven't beaten it yet, but, with the help of your other "Let's Play JFG" videos, I will finish it before the week is done. Thanks man. Really.
If its not too much to ask um I was wondering how u got yur guns to stay there like that so you could use them? I'm having trouble keeping mine in place, I mean I'll get the gun up and then when I move it turns back to the pistol(I'm still on stupid Goldwood!)

Wow, I also finished the game, today. The first time I wasn't able to kill mizar because I haven't much homing missiles. It was impossible for me to beat him. So I played it in 2 or 3 days a second time with some help of your videos, of course ^^. In short, this was an amazing LP.

I honestly thought they would find Floyd's pieces somewhere in the ending, what with them being shown blown out of the asteroid at the end! What a grim way to see him go, but still in keeping with some of the other dark cut scenes in the game.

Nope. Its for the N64. Microsoft owns Rare, so it will probably never be on the Wii's virtual console.

Dude, I didn't start watching these videos, unfortuanetly, until I got the ROM which was the other day, way after you finished this series. I have to thank you on a personal note because I played this game when I was about 5 or 6 in '99 and this series helped me face childhood demons with not beating this game. I haven't beaten it yet, but, with the help of your other "Let's Play JFG" videos, I will finish it before the week is done. Thanks man. Really.

If its not too much to ask um I was wondering how u got yur guns to stay there like that so you could use them? I'm having trouble keeping mine in place, I mean I'll get the gun up and then when I move it turns back to the pistol(I'm still on stupid Goldwood!)

Oh that's sad. Poor Floyd. I was sad to see him go, but oh well. Great Job on the video. If you havn't have put this up I would never had thought of getting the game on the pc, although it's kind of messing up on me which is really annoying me.
One question. Where did you get the controller to play the game with? I really don't want to use the keypad.

You can find a Logitech controller in places like Best Buy and Circuit City. I got mine at Best Buy.

Wow, I also finished the game, today. The first time I wasn't able to kill mizar because I haven't much homing missiles. It was impossible for me to beat him. So I played it in 2 or 3 days a second time with some help of your videos, of course ^^. In short, this was an amazing LP.
