Answers: Echo Park in this video. EL34s, but my current 20th Shiva has the KT88s. I love EL34s, but they are usually biased a little cold in this amp unless you are blasting it (the bias floats due to the design of the amp).
The latest revision to the board design does sound better in my opinion. YMMV
Great amp and great tone. I have the 20th Anniversary head with EL34s and love it along with the OS212 with WGS speakers. Gotta love Bogner. Made me forget all about my other amps. :)
Great demo. Nicer clean than the Ecstasy and the lead tones seem to bark more

Yes, V30s in that cab, though now I'm using Scumback M75/H55.

Nice tones. What are you using for delay? Can't tell if that's an an echo park I see for delay? In the loop or out front?
