The jerks in charge in Myanmar are the ones that won't let aid in. They(military dictators) want the world to just hand over 11 billion dollars over with no strings attached, and then "Trust us we're from the gov't and we're here to help." The ruined rice crop is just the beginning, where will the seed for next years crop come from? Also, if enough farmers die from lack of food, water or medical aid, who will grow next years crop?
