  • I was impressed till he said Jesus .. now this is too religious and not spiritual at all for me to swallow. Overall his experience matches with other NDEs but bringing in your religious god into pictures spoils the taste

  • @Superbandfly People seeing light and a tunnel is because the eyes are shutting down and the brain is losing oxygen. People experiencing an extreme amount of bliss is due to DMT/ serotonin being released as the brain is dying....There is absolutely nothing supernatural about these experiences.

  • WHO IS THE GUY LAUGHING LIKE FUCKTARD

  • I don't want to cast any doubts however we must judge the righteous judgement from the WORD `= We are not saved by our good works less any man will justify himself...we are saved by grace which is walking a daily life with Yeshua and carrying His Cross. There are no mute and shameful Believers. Now let's go and view Part II. It may be more serious.

  • I believe this is a clear part of his religious background.. He said he didn't know who the person was at the top of the mountain but it had to be Jesus.. Why? I've experienced life away from here and there is no judgment like this.

  • then why doesnt chris kill himself

  • Why would the omniscient being be asking the questions to a being of limited consciousness? This is ridiculous. His experience seems to be conditioned by culture.

  • @gromby There are similarities *and* differences between cultures. I recommend Chris Carter's 2010 book "Science and the Near Death Experience" and the 2007 volume "Irreducible Mind" by Kelly and Kelly et al. They don't offer definitive proof (IMO), but they offer food for thought and are more convincing that the other books out there so far.

  • at least he can laugh about those moments now . . . did anyone notice the awkward moments of the guy near the camera.

  • Comment removed

  • I prefer the question to be... "What did I do for God?"

  • epic camera man laugh!

  • Upper realms AKA Upper Astral Plane, Summer Lands, Heaven. There are guides that will assist you, if you need assistance. There are inner & outer dimensional tunnels all over the planet that lead to many different planes within the Astral Realm! Some of these tunnels lead to lower realms ( AKA hell realms). There are many levels of reality for consiousness to expierence. And these systems of reality can be expierenced before death!

  • Really Enjoyed this, Thanks for sharing.

  • @TranshumanCyborg

well science can say something about consciousness, human brain can certainly store consciousness and i think its possible to produce it. Maybe one day we will have computers that will have consciousness but no soul. Maybe consciousness within electronic chips will generate consciousness for afterlife. The thing that science cant explain is out of body perception and out of body consciousness.

  • ...the lisping!!!!!!

  • I have down syndrome and this is great stuff, very enlightening!

  • At 5:10 I believe this gentleman is describing Jacob's Ladder, ie. spiral mountain. Amazing!

  • If the people he see in the room had no sexual characteristics, how did he know they were men & women?

  • @MrPmj1979 This seems to be the only arguments atheists can bring up about NDE's nowadays, basically just splitting hairs.

  • @ilovegod810 i love god too but i think its perfectly fine to talk about Hell if you are using the word correctly like ex. Hell is bad because Hell is a bad place but its not a bad word unless you use it as offensive language

  • I LOVE GOD and I pray to him heaps. I think people should stop talking about Hell, because even though some NDE's are supposedly about Hell, they aren't in Hell it is just a nightmare of the pain they are experiencing at the time. For goodness SAKE people stop talking about Hell, you are going to scare a lot of people of this nonsense. Geez!

  • @IloveGod810 i kno rite? how are ppl suppose to get close to God when they think He hates them and will damn them to hell? really depresses me. God is love and mercy, not hateful and judging.

  • @mickymacky02 God will damn those to hell which have not accepted the sacrifice of his one and only son Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ came into the world and died for the sins of mankind so that as it says in John 3:16 "whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life." It is the will of God that not one person should perish. The best part is the gift of pardon is FREE. But what is sad is people will not accept his gift because they value the sinful things of the world.

  • @Jmsroyalty01 When making a logical argument, the old "because the Bible says so" isn't going to work anymore. You could maybe just read NDE accounts, at least those are actual experiences, not edited ancient manuscripts translated through 15 languages and the selfishness of corrupt church officials.

  • @mickymacky02 (just adding to ur comment) Analogies usually breakdown at some point, but, if I made a quarry, & tried to prevent someone from accidentally driving into it, would that mean I hated them? God has not damned any people to hell. The author of John writes, God is not willing any should perish. Yes, God loves all of us; though there is a judgment. Plz don't blame God for what ppl do or chose, or don't chose.

  • everyone please be open minded, just because u dont understand or believe it doesn;t mean u have to bash it down. I do not agree with the bible, and i dont tell people their full of shit. Come on man, we are all the same species. we should all support each other.

  • This testimony is a pile o dung!

  • The consciousness is non local, meaning it does not need the body in order to exist. That is the only logical explanation for the OBE's.

  • Hell always assigns at least one of you evil ones to try to sway some from believing what they see and hear on Godly videos. Are you the one assigned to this one? You call Jesus a "twat"? You have a lot of guts, I'll give you that. You had better believe there is no life after death, or you're screwed big time. You are 100% atheist - good luck with that. But I've got to tell you, your panic and shrill desperation is showing. Sounds quite demonic, actually. God scares you to death.

  • When God stops loafing around heaven, and does something about, for example, men raping little girls and boys, then I'll leave my pessimism at the door. The world I see before me is real enough.

  • @hotfukka God doesn't allow men to rape little girls and boys. If I believed in God (and I do) and I chose to rape a child (God willing I never do), would that make it Gods fault? No. It would be mine. A voluntary action.

  • At 5:45 I love the question that was asked of him: "What did you do to your fellowmen?" Exactly what Jesus would ask and use as a standard of judging men fairly. Have they been a sheep or a goat to others in need? (Matthew 25). I'm glad this "Spirit" is unlike most Christian and Religious salesmen who'd ask: "Did you pick the right Religion? Or do you tithe?" No wonder why some fanatics would dismiss NDE's like this one cus this sort would make them loose lots of money ...

  • hahahaha. The camera man's laugh made me forget of the testimony! ROTFL

  • hahahaha. The camera man's laugh made me forget of the testimony! ROTFL

  • it was magnificent, the ceiling was curved lights everywhere i went in it had marble floors and sides. i have always been a strong believer Allah is the provider for everyone. i now remember reading in the english quran translation heaven "gardens under which rivers flow" heaven "if only people knew".this is the truth whether u decide to believe or not but do u really think i would lie about something so big, i would usually be on ebay but i think this is way more important

  • Heaven and Hell is real only ppl choose not to believe, who created man,who controls the sun, sea, night /day,not humans. look around the world and you will see signs everywhere except ppl choose not to believe even though they know its true.I am a muslim myself, the other day I had a dream I remember my right shoulder got so heavy at night i woke up when i got back to sleep i remember going into this room

  • science itself is baffled by this phenomenon. I believe its true. Who doesnt want an afterlife?!

  • @xxTonyzPlacexx God is real and God is great!

  • lolololol

  • I just recently started researching into this and I've always been a big meditation fan. I practice OBEs almost everyday because I like having Lucid Dreams so I've always want to push it a little further. I've never had a NDE but I've had an OBE and let me tell you, it feels...weird and foreign to your body, but it feels so good, so levitating, so gentle. Our body and mind really is amazing.

  • @rebba025 I have tried them too, for me it feels similiar to what a baby would feel when they leave the womb and gain control of there real body, i keep pushing myself to master it before I die, since i dont think it will matter then because in NDE's people seem to be guided to the spirit world

  • God doesn't exist, the world is an atrocious place, NOTHING is going to get better. Deal with it!

  • @youngdones The world is an atrocious place because of us. We chose to be that way. Science itself is in favor of NDE's and are struggling to explain what it is. A blind woman (from birth) had an nde and was able to see the operating theatre. How can that be possible when her brain has no 'visual memory'.

  • What have you done for your fellow man? Boy thats a big one, on one hand i hope i feel ive done a lot for my fellow man, on the other hand there were many days i could have done more. This is a good thing to take from his story i hope that the Mountain Man asks me that question when i get to the other side.

  • the guy laughing is damn annoying

  • This guy had a dream I believe. He "seems" like a nice guy and I in no way am saying this in a hateful manner. But if his father was a Federal judge, 95% are shriners, who protect their own enlightened tree, even if it means perjury. And if he's an attorney, my money says he's a freemason too. Whats the use in loving your fellow man (American or not) if your not treating all men the same, with no secrets or deception. I don't buy this one, sorry. Seen 2 many fed cases sealed to protect the evil.

  • Hi youtube , I'm an Brittish/Indian and NDEs has really changed my opinion about death , I thought when people die they become a ghost and do what ever they want to do like go on planes 4 free go anywhere they like but now I realize thats just stupid and NOW i beleave in jesus christ

  • I saw your story on bio channel with you and your doctor. Amazing experience. You seem to have gained so much from the experience.

  • Before the New Testament of the Bible was published, it was edited by a group of politically motivated clerics in the 4th Century acting as the famous Council of Nicea.

  • I almost died from an explosion , I was in ICU for 12 days and then 3 months of recovery after about ten surgeries. I had a dream that someone kept telling me come to the lord and I wouldn't be thirsty anymore. I think it was the drugs though .

  • @Chslosers Probably another patient or nurse.

  • It has to be heaven...I mean, there's no way it's hallucinatory. Hallucinations could never produce such soothing and amazing feelings of love and warmth...very interesting sneak peek into the afterlife!

  • @jtwith You obviously don't have much experience with hallucinogens.

  • @Darpinion No, I don't. And that's a good thing. I'm just saying that there's no way that NDE's are hallucinatory. 99.9% of NDE experiencers' claims are eerily similar (e.g. life reviews, seeing loved ones who have passed away)

  • I hope you're aware of the inherent problems which exist with eternal life. The biggest one being is that no matter how blissful it is, it would drive you utterly insane.

  • @youngdones Are you pretending to be a psychiatrist, saying it would drive you insane? Perhaps judging from your own psyche is not true for hardly anyone else.

  • Its very easy to believe there is no afterlife, when you're young and full of life. You can look around and say, "Ah, it's just the dying brain and there's no afterlife". However, it's very hard to not believe there is an afterlife, when one day you're laying on your death bed.

  • @MrGhostblood I disagree. All this resurgent interest in 'afterlife' phenomena etc I read vastly when I was young. Then life and partying got in the way.

I'm heartened to see that interest in this is gaining interest outside the 'hippie' era, and tending more toward the 'quantum mechanical' era.

  • @carriemaizey How dare you disagree with me.

  • @MrGhostblood I DARE! What you gonna do about THAT then. Get help. Sad sack.

    ps: 'mr 'ghostblood'?! wanker.

  • I'm willing to except the possibility that life is absolutely meaningless.

  • @IFlick Do you mean 'except'? or 'accept'. Look up the definitions.

  • @carriemaizey I think I meant eccept. "I'm willing to eccept to fact that life is absolutely meaningless" Thank you.

  • @IFlick Perhaps spelling is not your strong suit. The word you want is "accept".

  • some hulucination then. Who cares if this man is halucinating or whatever. His and many others story is very remarkeble. And comforting. Sorry for the bad english.

  • everyone knows something about this topic "wise guys" LOL

  • And when did this immortal soul of ours suddenly start to exist?

Was it in the apes we're coming from? was it present within the neandertal man? was it present within the dinosaurs?

nah... we're nothing but cells, we die we decay. Nothing lives out there. Life is a mystery that ends with death.

  • @spriteofbones My, you certainly are gifted to be able to tell us there is no afterlife. Please take that gift back to the store you got it from, and trade it in for one that understands that there is something beyond the five senses.

  • The rapid death of braincells due to oxygen deprivation can cause you to see hallucinate lights.

  • @youngdones try both and compare for yourself. i have. you are wrong.

  • @youngdones Just how young are you? READ! LEARN!

  • Talking about near death experiences makes about as much sense as talking about dreams. Interesting, but ultimately anything you try to infer from it is just projection.

  • @tml4873 maybe for you, being inexperienced. for me...it's awesome to hear. truely wonderful.

  • @tml4873 Big difference between dreams and NDEs. Lots of experts study in this field, Dr Melvin Morse is one of the best. Much more realism to NDEs, and they are life changing to those that have them.

  • I like this video, but WHO on earth is making that annoying laugh?

  • @LanaV6 Learn spelling and grammar!

  • stop drinking people

  • @Jayoung1000 iandsDotorg

  • @LightBehindGod Thanks

  • @Jayoung1000 Dr Kennith Ring is an excellent researcher on the subject.

  • @flybynight420 Thanks

  • @Jayoung1000 What the story of Pam Reynolds.

  • @dnr3609 Thanks! I've heard that story... Very, very interesting. I must admit there is alot more to these experiences than what I initially thought I would find.

  • @Jayoung1000 I had a near death experience at 16. My life changed after that experience. I became more sensitive to other people emotions and I would know what was wrong with them before they would tell me. I know when people close to me are going to die. I receive dreams that inform in advance how to help people after a tragedy. This allows me to be supportive in times of chaos. Most of the time I know my next job before I even apply or when my friends are going to get married. It's real. :)

  • @dnr3609 What a wonderful gift you were given! I would love to be able to do that very thing.

  • @Jayoung1000 Hey buddy Dont worry! If you want to know more about God listen finalcall07 (user name) and here are some awsome resources ma brotha

  • @Leile223 Thanks!

  • @Jayoung1000 The Light Beyond or Light After Life, both by Dr. Raymond Moody.

  • @Jayoung1000 Robert A Monroe approached the subject with objectivity and rationalism. I highly recommend his book "Journeys out of the Body".

  • @Jayoung1000 Go to Google and type in Near Death experiences.

  • @Jayoung1000 jerry and ester hicks know it all

  • My views on death are, the very moment you lose consciousness immediately before dying, it is like being in an eternal state of dreamless sleep. No consciousness, no life, you cease to exist, nothing, poof!

Life is short, try to make the best of it to the best of your abilities before this inevitably happens.

  • There is absolutely NO plausible science to support the notion that we continue to live after we die. Also, science contradicts religion.

If it weren't for science, we would still be stuck technologically in the 11th century, under oppressive theocracies.

Science contradicts religion. It is only human nature to believe in a life after death, or an almighty force.

Albert Einstein, Isaac Newton, and Stephen Hawking , are all atheists.

  • @youngdones Isaac Newton and Albert Einstein were not atheists. Isaac Newton was a Christian and Albert Einstein was a pantheist.

  • @youngdones Albert Einstein said there had to be a creator...

  • @youngdones Thats too fast my friend. The Higgs particle (God particle) would be a very good explanation for God and according to science only 5% of our universe is matter the rest is unknown energy (dark matter/energy) - so there is plenty of room for God (if you don't think of 'him' as a man)

  • @LightBehindGod actually the higgs particle does not have anything to do with God, its a popular misconception, higgs particle is a particle that is supposed to be responsible for inertion of bodies.

but as i understand science cannot explain how people who had nde-s saw things several hundered meters away or several floors up or below them while they were "out" of consciousness.

people who use "science" as an explanation for this generally dont know nothing about nde or science.

  • @niinja2 The Higgs particle has everything to do with God - as it could explain creation and the big bang. It also has everything to do with the NDE because the Higgs partlice exists in another dimension and would thus be proof of extra dimensions - what the NDE testifies about. Also as we still need a source of consciousness the Higgs will open up a door to many news discoveries of which this source could be one.

  • @LightBehindGod

well string theory already postulated something like 11 dimensions for our universe only its not proven yet, i think higgs particle can tells us something more about big bang but i dont think we will discover god there, at least not yet.

  • @LightBehindGod Oh God, I'm sick and tired of hearing about 'God'. What do YOU mean by 'God'? There are many more 'religions' in the world you know. I subscribe to none of them. But I KNOW this short Earth life span is just another learning process and that there is much more than that with you have been indoctrinated.

  • @niinja2 Science can't even answer the question of what came first, the chicken or the egg.

  • @JukemDrawles89 "Science can't even answer the question of what came first, the chicken or the egg."

    .

I suppose you can answer this question?

    .

Science says it was an egg, laid by something that was almost, but not quite a chicken. Which do you say it was?

  • @Noisegator If you believed in evolution you would say the egg right? If the predecessors of a chicken evolved from a reptile that laid eggs and overtime a chicken was born, ergo the egg came first. That's just my idea.

  • @vishunest "If you believed in evolution you would say the egg right?"

    .

Not necessarily. In fact the answer is, in all practicality, 'neither' and 'both'. The real point is that when people like Jukem use the chicken and egg question in an attempt to invalidate science they are just making strawmen. The question has absolutely no bearing on science in general or evolution in particular.

    .

So what does Theism say? Chicken or egg?

  • @Noisegator It can't be neither but it can be both, but not of the same kind of species. It can't be neither because then we would ask the question what is an egg? and where did it derive from? The same for a chicken. It can be both, but they both would still have to "evolve" somehow at some point in time. If you think about how eggs develop then you would wonder how they came to be. Perhaps, a random mutation? The same would be for theism. It's the only logical explanation.

  • @niinja2 modern science isn't even science it's mear guess work strtingtheory superstrings complete and total crap sorry any one that honestly belives that garbage should get there head examined sorry to offend anyone just seriously think about how can a one dimensional object affect our reality?

  • @TheLovesoul1

how much do you actually know about string theory to say such a thing?

science is not perfect but its far from guesswork

  • @niinja2 bullshit!!!it is guesswork they can't prove string theory at all

  • @TheLovesoul1

well they cant prove it yet, people proved atom just 110 years ago but theories about it were at least 200 years old.

we cant prove string theory but it has good explanatory power

  • @niinja2 Oh come on. It's bullshit. Most of today's scientific "discoveries" are mere theories on what they think is right. I mean the Big Bang Theory shouldn't even be allowed for being so obviously wrong. How could an infinite vacuum be an infinite plain that exploded to create the vacuum? The point is, they don't know and sometimes hold themselves on the high horse of knowledge. Evolution states we originally came from fish which is impossible. The planets 70% water. No need to adapt to land.

  • @KuShxBassisT says: The planets 70% water. No need to adapt to land.

FR: KuShx... leaving the preditory filled oceans was a survival adaptation. THere is a built in NEED to survive. No predators on land yet. BTW Creation viewed from outside of creation is NOT an historic event.. it is a SPANDA, , a constant bursting forth of the eternal NOW, ever new. From WITHIN creation life EVOLVES . Both the creationists and the evolutionists are somewhat right and somewhat wrong. It's perspective.

  • @faithrada Predatory?…First off, learn to spell. Second, prey wouldn't go to land. It's already accustomed to it's enviroment. Therefore it will adapt to survive against all predatory threats it faces. The species that didn't adapt were eventually killed off, which eventually killed off the species that preyed on them. Species try to evolve and adapt to survive, but fail. All sentient beigns have a need to survive, but not all fullfill that need.

  • @KuShxBassis Thank you for the correction. You: Prey wouldn't go to land. It's already accustomed to it's enviroment. FR: There are MANY ways to adapt, clearly some prey adaped successfully while some have not.. * (article on fish adaptation / These fish (blennies) come onto land to catch prey AND escape aquatic predators) / yes the planet is 70% water and oxygen levels of those oceans have varied enormously.... (art: Sculpins will leave water if the oxygen levels get low.)

  • @niinja2 I could not agree more

  • @niinja2 Yeah, it tickes me off. Some even tell me to go read Susan Blackmore's ridiculous book, which has really strange arguments. She presents evidence, stands in denial, and then just discards it. I watched her and Dawkins on his ridiculous show once and all they said was "Dying brain blah fear of death blah blah delusional blah" and didnt adress any of the evidence supporting NDE's.

  • @BrianPSTJ

they attack religion and irrationality as something they are immune off

science does not matter if you do not wish to see it

  • @BrianPSTJ

"I watched her and Dawkins on his ridiculous show"

can you link the where you saw the show

  • @niinja2 Telivison, it was on BBC once.

  • @BrianPSTJ Ohh yea.. Blackmore and others are going to be soooooo humbled. I was a skeptic myself, I needed proof,.. and at the age of 32 I recieved it.. BIG TIME, so it is always good to remain OPEN. Belief is one thing... Direct Knowledge is something else again. Some people reject NDE's because they reject religion.. but one has nothing to do with the other. In fact many who have NDE's leave religion behind... for something MUCH greatet... TRUTH Absolute.

  • @faithrada Yeah, I had my Ketamine induced one and converted from Christianity to Panentheism. I felt as though I melded with the light and become one with a sort of mega conciousness, of course I dont think atheists are all bound for hell, thats just going against all the NDE research that has been done. I would also be interested in hearing what your proof was?

  • @BrianPSTJ There are two types of Knowing, one is experiencial, interpreted intellectually via the subjective finite mind .This is how most people know reality. Then there is Transcendent Knowledge, where the subjective mind is bypassed and we KNOW the thing directly, from Source. In Transcendent Truth, the Knower, THAT which is Known, and the actual act of Knowing itself are all the same ONE. There is no play of subject / object here. Transcendent Truth is Proof Absolute.SELF Knows self.

  • @niinja2 , actually Everything here is something to do with "God" / Pure Consciousness because "God" IS the only ONE here. Point to something that is NOT "God"... it is impossible! QUESTION: IF all there was was a block of GOLD and that GOLD took the FORM of a Goblet and a Ladle.... at what point do that Goblet and Ladle STOP being GOLD? Of course they never STOP being GOLD.. GOLD is their essence. IT is the same here. All comes from "God" / Pure Consciousness and remains THAT.

  • @faithrada

so your saying that material world is God? That is a form of pantheism. Western monotheisms thought that God is separate from this world.

  • @niinja2 YUP. Infinite Consciousness enjoys 2 States ..dual and non-dual. While in duality the ego veiled mind gives us the experience of being separate from one another, as in a dream everyone is us. Only when we "WAKE UP" do we realize our error. From the dualistic minds' view DIFFERENCE IS experienced. But from our Higher SELF's State, which is non-dual.. the experience of differentiation is desolved and the actual ESSENCE of everything.. infinite ONEness is finally recognized.

  • @youngdones I just explained something to someone about this. It is not a hallucination. It is not a joke. Explain then, how a blind man from birth explained everything. The machines, the dr's etc. And even what they said, But, the best part is, the Dr. had dropped a pen and rolled behind the door. This man saw it and told him where to find it. Guess what? It was there. So, when scientist do not understand something, first thing they do is come up with some really stupid idea. Idea is all it is.

  • @youngdones ahhh ignorance is sad... my friend... science has explained so little of our universe it's baffling. It's the job of science to EXPLORE and attempt to prove all of these phenomenon. Go back a couple hundred years and ask someone about putting a man on the moon... hahaha. Just give it time...

  • @youngdones you're an idiot. Nothing can exist without a consciousness in which it exists, dummy.

  • @youngdones Read the book "My Big TOE" Its pretty deep and it explains our consciousness.

  • @youngdones U really think it is that simple? did u know most dr's and scientiest do not reasearch this? those that do. know better. One dr that cracks me up said, i am not totally convinced it is not save to die. lol oh boy. anyhow. when they do not believe or do not research, they then make up something as stupid as what they want u to think. why? because they do not believe. And so therefore u listen and now do not believe. Research and u will see the truth. and hear it from those that resera

  • @youngdones Wait...you'll see....( yes i had a NDE)

  • @youngdones Out of body experiences are recognized by the modern science community but are not explained. They were even being researched by the US Government at one point.

  • @micaelmoh, I had an out of body experience once - well, it was certainly one way to lose weight :p

  • @youngdones How can you postulate that consciousness can't exist outside the body when there is no consensus or evidence how consciousness is produced by the brain nor what it even is? I think it is far more of a intricate and holistic process than dying neurons. Consciousness may be as dynamic as matter.

  • @youngdones How do you explain how every person's hallucination is exactly the same? No one is the same so no one should have the same exact hallucination every time.

  • @youngdones you just havent done any research into it. you also have not experienced it. i have. i know what happens when we drop this body. it really doesnt matter a whole lot what others have to say about it, but i do still feel compelled to tell you your statements here are rediculous and wrong. and besides that, there's evidence now.

  • @youngdones Watch the story of Pam Reynolds and see if you still believe that it is no plausible. I would like to hear your point of view after you her about her experience. I think you will think differently.

  • @youngdones, I'm agnostic. Science cannot explain consciousness. I've read research by neuroscientists and philosophers, and they are utterly clueless.

If it weren't for the fact that we can speak, science would deny that consciousness existed - for, in a physical universe, how can it exist? It's about as tangible as "God"!

So, given that there is NO plausible science that shows how consciousness can be a physical phenomenon, your explanation lacks a scientific basis.

  • @youngdones how do you explain such similar experiences in so many people?

  • @youngdones you are an idiot! your commenting the same thing in every video! why do you even watch if yo ucant believe! go and ask muslims there hasnt been a reported NDE from a muslims saying he went to heaven and saw muhammad! its all about Jesus! Rejecting God makes people very foolish!

  • @samarjithrichomaster well if that isn't the classic case of the pot calling the kettle black.

  • @youngdones You have never had a NDE so your really not sure are you.

  • @youngdones If it's caused by the brain dying then how come the people who experienced the NDE are not brain damaged?

  • @airscrew1 Excellent point. Where's the slurred speech and the memory loss?

  • @airscrew1 Perhaps the body dies. but the brain doesn't. If the brain dies. You will not revive

  • @youngdones You might want to have a look at this one:

    Google conservation of energy.

Energy cannot be destroyed, and it's certainly arguable that we are made of energy.

  • @KraftwithaK "Energy cannot be destroyed, and it's certainly arguable that we are made of energy."

    .

When you burn a tree it's mass and energy are preserved. It's configuration is lost, as is the energy configuration of any living thing when it's body is destroyed.

    .

NDE is a misleading term since the people who have them are still alive, thus were misdiagnosed as dying. If what they experienced was called Remissible Metabolic Shutdown Syndrome, there would be none of this mumbo-jumbo.

  • @youngdones I agree with lighbehindgod. Although I'm agnostic, I do believe there is more to these experiences than more sketpics believe. It's too simple to say they are simple hallucinations. I mean , I've heard stories from full blown skeptic atheists that afterwards say that there is not a doubt in their minds that this was a genuine experience. Pam Reynolds is the most famous in which they completely stopped her heart and she recalled in details the entire surgical procedure.

  • @youngdones How do you explain when a NDE person "dies" (for example, while in surgery at a hospital) and they can recall the exact conversations and actions of their family and friends in another room? I've heard many stories like this in which the family and friends corraborated the NDE person's claims.

  • You mentioned that there was a tunnel, people traveling up and down. Was that tunnel, people being born and people dying? You also said, 250 to 300 people were there to see you and they all gave you hugs. When they hugged you, did it feel just like it does here in life. I found your story amazing and I do believe what you say. I here some stories and I am skeptical.

  • people who think that this is not hallucination by the brain, listen to this, if a person remember all that happened when they went to heaven, well we all know that memory is stored in the brain, and anything that you imagine in or hallucinate in the brain stay stored in the brain, so idk how a person can think that you actually left ur body, and still remember even though ur brain keep all the memories...think pplz. it's all hallucinations

  • @Atheist603 ok explain me then how can you hallucinate or dream up that kind of stuff when you are clinicly dead? Simple answer: YOU CAN'T because your body is dead, so the only explanation you've got is that they all are lying which is ridiculous.

I am not trying to flame you, it's just that you should be more open-minded than that.

  • @ernestas111 when a person is clinically dead means your heart stops beating,..but ur brain might still be working, and it's trying to make sense of things because it's been deprave of oxygen. i had an experience, a spiritual experience, but it was after i smoked some good weed, and ate some shrooms. i felt like i was talking to god, it felt realer than real life. i had to control over my body it just took me around, made me jump up, it actually made me feel like Jesus, n my bro was the devil.

  • @ernestas111 it also asked me to go tell out my secrets to pplz,..or kill myself,..after that I realized that i was hallucinating,..it really made my feel like i was surrounded by a bouncha of demons,...so yeah,. if the brain can do that after just smoking simple marijuana and shrooms,,..what about when it's dying? you have more than 100 billions neurons in ur brain, so it's dying everything goes, so ya our brains are so complex, and we haven't understood them fully yet. so ya

  • @Atheist603 You are right. In that case you should look up a women here on youtube. ( her story was actually shown on BBC). Youtube somehow doesn't let me to type link here. Just type amazing nde or something like that.

Now that is the story that science cannot explain. Of course again we believe what we want to believe. And there is no point in discussing which one of us are right because we aren't. Until we actually cross that barrier between life and death that is.

  • @ernestas111 well there's no need to argue,...we'll find out if there's something afterdeath,..(which highly unlikely) but anything is possible, even fairies. unicorns,..etc..but mayb there's such place

  • @ernestas111 but one question tho,..how come people who get NDE don't see the same thing? muslims see mohamed,..christians see Jesus or God or w/e,..christians catholics some see the virgin mary,..some see dead relatives, some see different things,...that's one thing that make me think NDE are just a brain thing.

  • @Atheist603 That is correct, that is a mistery. And like I've said, it could be God's will or just simple brain thing. Again we believe what we want to believe.

LOl you must be the first man who doesn't believe in God and hadn't flamed me because I argue with him. Nice to know that there is some well mannered and smart ppl out there

  • or really? well yeah i tend to listen to other's point of view, and i respect it as long as they feel comfortable tlking about it. but about the mystery thing tho,..i think it's more likely to be a brain thing, because our personality, our memories are all in our brains, so if christians see Jesus and muslims see Allah and mohammed it's most likely what they've been taught and was stored in their brains,..it comes as random memory, i mean i've had that kind of experience after smoking weed.

  • @Atheist603 I mean it, every other guy who I argue about it sounds like some random internet fag lol. Anyway Like I have said, Your point of wiev is very logical and understandable, I myself completely understand it, I would think EXACTLY the same like you do If I wasn't raised in christian family and hadn't had couple of bizzare incidents, but that's not my point. But you cannot be sure about it unless you really die and see right? So that's our only way to see the truth. Unfortunately...

  • @ernestas111 well,..yeah i was born and raised a christian. my father is a minister,..but i just don't think like that any more.. tho,..but u right i cannot be 100 percent sure about anything. mayb there's something afterlife mayb there isn''t, but i'll live my life like this is it,..i;'ll live it to the fullest, with no worries about heavens or hell thing. and i think everybody should live their lives like this is it too, so they can live it to the fullest.

  • @Atheist603 you are 100 % correct about this. We Should enjoy our current life as much as possible. By the way, Isn't it sad living this life and thinking that this is it? I'm just wondering. I believe your faith will change as you age.
