Just draw.

Seriously, just get a normal tablet and start drawing. This level of work is something you don't achieve even after 10-15 years of doing it.

Just start out simple and work up from there. Even stick figures will work at first. Then move onto cartoons, then start going for more realism and eventually you'll end up like this or even better.

You are absolutely right man thank you very much for your answer... it realy works... If you spend more time on it you can make some real stuff maybe in less time but it realy takes practice ;) Actually Photoshop helps me to make sketches for 3D character modelling and that's sooo cool ;) I would be lost without Photoshop and 3D max completely :)

This looks pretty good. I think you need to move her chin to the right abit it looks like her head is kinda twisted. Also her smile isnt even with her nose, its pointed up a bit too much. Otherwise pretty good. for the ppl that think she looks like a dude. I think that will be fixed if he makes her nose a teeny bit smaller and the chin smaller. (btw i paused it at 5:42 and looked at both the photo and your drawing)
