The T2i is my first DSLR and it's awesome I sleep with it and it goes every where with me. The video is great many functions I just do not know how not to make it choppy. I'll keep trying. buy this CAm !!!

@coquiangel hey nice comment on the canon video! how is the video quality on the camera, is there autofocus?? also how long is the video shooting time, its not 5 minutes like the nikon d5000 is it lol? and it shoots in hd right? how is the picture quality? sorry im a begginer and really curious about thsi camera haha! thanks for your time! :)

@TheShimmerBabiii Thank you... it's all true...lol the video is HD, yes it has 3 modes of AF, AFlive, AF:) face detection. and AF quick. whenI play with video my usally cuts of around 12 mins, once or twice I have gone past this time. it said that with a class 6 memory card would give one 12 mins. higher would give you a little bit longer. to me I am pleased with pic quality, except for my issues and still learnig the T2i. check the vids here for examples of this camera and the vid.

@TheShimmerBabiii Thank you! it's all true. the video is great, it has 3 AF modes, AFlive, Quick, and Face. the video time is based on class of memory card. 6 or higer, 6 nets about 12mins, I think the t2i shuts down to overheatting or to prevent. HD vid, the photographer can change fps. pic quality is great in my eyes, I just hate when I mess up. if you go with this cam it was popphotos magazine runner up. I am still new so I hope this helped you. also check out flickr.com

I got this camera because it fulfilled everything I needed spec wise and it also was a great price for all the features. I've had it for nearly 6 months now and I've shot thousands of pictures as well as uploaded videos with it. I'm very happy with it. Great camera.
