if you play Splitscreen and have Penta Penguin it shows Uka Uka then when you press the power button it turns into Aku Aku (SOMEONE FUCKING EXPLAIN) my best guess is that it was glitch

@theqman24 In the US version of CTR, Penta's code was unfinished. They never fixed the Uka Uka/Aku Aku bug, and he says some weird lines that were put in as placeholders.

Yeah. I used to play this game out so bad when i was a kid. I still have the game but it doesnt want to work anymore.
