  • better costumer service!

  • both!

  • i trust the reviews on the site

  • I walked into J&R music and computer world today and there were some things I could have bought but I found them to be cheaper online. All thanks to the red laser app!

  • Wouldn't it be great if various companies sent you free stuff...was Charlie Chaplin your grandfather? He was a fllipin genius too?

  • When it comes to electronics, clothes, books,or novelties, yea I'll shop online. When it comes to foods, in store only. I like to see and smell what I'm buying when shopping for food. So it depends on what I'm needing.

  • Lower price..... Can't afford much, so we look for cheapest possible,

  • @TheQuestOfMinecraft they are clocks.... go(dot)tagjag(dot)com/tix

  • lower price i could less care how crumpy they are

  • ALWAYS PRICE! i know what i want and if i do not i do my own research

  • Google your problems, Lower the prices!

  • If iI'm already blowing A LOT like 2000+ dollars, a hundred or so more for customer service is fine. Other then that circumstance price

  • Price

  • Lower price cause I can solve problems myself

  • I think I would pay extra to get away from some salesmen.

  • Better service is the thing that can make you purchasing more products from the same shop I think.

  • See when you go into Toy shops to buy Lego, do the people think you're a paedophile because you're never with a kid?

  • I'd rather have a working, cut and dry type of a product at a good price. That way there wouldn't be a need for any customer service.

  • I would rather have consistency. It should never surprise me if I get crappy service or good service.

  • Lower price for the most part, but for stores like HobbyTown I still would rather go to the store and talk to the people there.

  • Apple Stores are the best place if you wanna look for customer service in a big store.

  • @akashnu You're joking right?. . . The morons work there have literally no technical knowledge what so ever. I was questioning whether to buy a mac, but needed to find out more before I buy. I heard they had better customer service, I've never heard so much shit in my life. Which inevitably helped me make my decision.

  • @manhunt48 I agree that the people at the Apple stores do not have technical knowledge and I have experienced that myself time and again, but you have to admit that their customer service is unrivalled.

  • @akashnu Are you being sarcastic?

  • I like to buy a product knowing that if it is broken when the product arrives, I will be able to return it and get a functioning product. Other than that, I have never used any direct customer service before. I have used websites to get new drivers, and also read the documents to learn how my product works. If I still need more help, forums are a great place to look.

  • LOWER PRICE! NO DEBATE!

  • @SoCaLsSick Better Service NO MORE DEBATE!

  • idc about customer service i never need it

  • if the product is good then you never need the customer service so Cheap usually means poor quality products and so I would chose better customer service out of only them two options

  • I prefer customer service when i'm dealing with a product i don't have a lot of experience with

  • I prefer better customer service. I dont mine spending an extra £5-£10 if I know it helps in the long run, such as help, questions being answered properly, better advice.

For instance, I bought an MP3 player around 13 months ago then it broke (headphone jack), I checked the manufactors webby and it said only 1 year warrenty. I went back to the store I boght it from and they said because I'm such a good customer they will replace it free of charge even though it no longer has warrenty.

  • kinda both

  • I hate shopping in a store. I and others I know will go to a B&M store just to look at, pick up touch see its physical size and such, but then we go home and buy it online to save a ton of money. I am willing to pay slightly more for free shipping provided that total price is lower than overall at another site that I pay shipping. Basically I pay the lowest possible. Most of the time B&M stores rarely have what I want anyway.

  • If we are talking strictly online vs brick and mortar, its easy for me. I'll go online for most items but for things like TVs I'll go to a physical store for because shipping that product back in the case of damage is a huge expensive pain. But, if we are comparing different online versions of a product, a graphics card for example, its really a toss-up. What level support do they give, how much of a price difference, hows their track record, are customers satisfied overall? It gets tricky

  • Is it too much to ask for both? lolll

  • Well if I need something immediately then i'll buy it at a brick and mortar store, such as my powersupply for my tablet died while I was on a trip so I was running around seeing who carries a charger for an EEE pad transformer. Otherwise I shop around till I'm bored of shopping and buy it somewhere cheap usually.

  • is should be both!

  • Now it depends on the item,

Some items i don't mind picking a cheap version or brand up, as long as it does what its meant to and works for its primary function.

However if i was picking something more expensive up, Like a new camera lens or a 3d t.v, Then i would have to pick the customer service, As for the extra money, You will be able to get help for any troubleshooting that you may have, And if you encounter errors or faults that you cannot fix, Then mostly you can get help :D

    Bye Chris

  • i dont agree in my experience alot more people rather buy at a store rather than online

  • If you're not looking for it, then you don't need it.

  • lower price! who gives a flying crap about what people say!!!

  • actually couldnt care about customer service

  • No, its not worth the extra price. Since 94.76% of the time I buy something, I'll know more about it than the customer service person I would talk to.

  • Lower price and good customer service. That's why I shop at Wal-Mart alot!

  • Lower Price. Forever and ever. Amen.

  • My problem with BestBuy is the customer service, employees there chose who they want to service and attitude is another problem. They new strategy including store layout and customer service.

  • A balance of both.

  • Many company's share hardware and parts. You pay for the name most of the time.

  • First.
