My favorite game of all time. Cinder, Glacius, and Fulgore were my favorites characters. If only someone like neatherealm studios would get the rights to the franchise and make KI3 or even a reboot because rare doesnt have the talent anymore, they'd only screw up another one of their great franchises.

@huntyourmama MK vs DC was bad because there was no fatalities (atleast not gruesome ones). DC didnt want their characters to be killed so horrifically so they didnt. MK vs KI would make more sense because i can actually see these guys getting killed. Thats why Kratos and Freddy Krueger are in MK9 because they can be killed like that. This is the only fighting game series that can actually cross over with MK and still have fatalities. I dont even think MK could cross over with Street Fighter.

Rare staff were all geniuses and very talented people.

I use to have this music CD I think it came with the game when you bought it but I lost it over the years. This introduction song was the best intro music of any game back in 96. Rare also made I believe Donkey kong Country and the graphics were mind blowing back then. Rare games were top quality back then.

This is the greatest fighting game of all time, or at the very least of the 16-bit era. It had everything, awesome original characters and totally sweet combo system, and the most awesome soundtrack to boot. While certainly the fatalities were a ripoff from Mortal Kombat, they are hardly a selling point of the game in the way they were for Mortal Kombat.

@paint8275 It's been a while, but if I remember correctly, the way I do it is I wait for their health to drop to just below death, start a combo, and during the combo hit back on the D-pad and B..like I said it's been a while and I can't remember for sure, but Sabrewulf was the only one I figured out how to do the ultra with.

i used to play as orchid, did a 80-90 hit combo, then did an ultra combo at the end and got over 100 hits combo. now, when replay it on my cellphone, i don't remember the combo, can't do it no more :(

@omgitsdomie, no i don't lie, i forgot, but you are right that it is all musc. memory. so here is the combo, (F) + (FK), QP, ( F+D+B) + (MP), MK, and then repeat the cycle again and again, then at the end use the ultra combo move. since it is a cycle it is really easy to be stop via combo breaker. Also, I don't have my SNES anymore, I used my phone to figured this out and proven that the cycle can be repeat. however, if NE1 try and can't do this, please don't call me a liar, again :)
