I visited this mine about 20 years ago - it was a fairly active mine and the cast offs were pretty good....now 20 years later, it's pretty picked over....it was fun years ago!
Check out the Thunderbay Agates in town.....they are pretty fun too!
This place is a scam ..This is the Panarama Mine at loon Lake outside of T.Bay .. I know, I live in T.Bay. You are not allowed to dig in the Deposits ..You pick up the scrap the mine does"nt want ...Go to Blue Point Amethyst mine, 5 miles away in Pearl, you dig right at the Mine site ...
