  • This is wonderful. As a black American living in the US I wish your country success. Please don't forget that you have to do this together. Not just for Rwandans, but for Africans, and black people all over the world. peace

  • I think what Kagame had done for Rwanda is undeniable.

He is in Djibouti one of the most respected African leaders.

Progress is too obvious to deny it. An economic growth, one of Africa's safest country, the country where the women are most represented in the world, one of the least corrupt administartions ect...

Good luck on your way to 2020!

Il est temps que le spectre du genocide soit laisser derriere.

Tous mes souhaits de bonheur, de la part d'un frere Djiboutien!

  • I'm not a Rwandan, but Rwanda is a country I admire and respect deeply. The Rwandans prooved, under the regime of Kagame (I insist) that a nation that witnessed HORROR itself can be reborn, and be a place of progress.

I'm from Djibouti, and I was a kid when I was watching in front of my TV the Horrors of the genocide, but today, 14 years later, I'm more than glad to see the Rwandan Rennaissance.

  • Ya watch the LIES. I wonder how much interest was attached to that loan? Banking is the biggest Crime Ever.

  • i am sorry to say this guys but your comments are truly pathetic, please be positive

enough with the "F" words and ethnic divisions among us, we are all RWANDANS !!!!....

  • You are a ZERO without Imboro. Fuck yourself with your melons, safrwa! Your language represents your brain!

  • The language you use makes me wonder where you were raised from. Probably under Rocks. Rwanda rulimo gotera imbere. This is our century.

  • indeed that country needed a strong leader like paul kagame in the past.can u imagin tutsis rulin for 30yrs.the country will be the best ever in africa to live in.we in west tuly support your leadership

  • The Rwanda 2020 of your dreams, sir, is the broadest open air cemetery in the world thanks to your leader KagOme who gave the order to destroy the Falcon 50 plane and to kill to regularly elected African presidents, and who voluntarily decided reactivation of the war and initiation of the broad level killings. Would you sing "Viva el Dictador", sir?.

  • Did you observe that the so called Tutsi leadership in this video was a Chinese businesman? Is Kagame Chinese? I know that he likes Chinese rubber boots, the biggest gumboots of Rwanda. So open your eyes and try to understand the reality through this virtual publicity video. To show 3 mobilephones on a table is not a sign of evolution or high technological level. Open your mind, alpha-bravo-delta-charlie-echo.

  • It's this the kind of talk that led to genocide

your comment is poorWe don't need that

Hutu or Tutsi they are all my brothers and sisters. Our destiny is interconnected

Of course there are hard feelings after this genocide and many killings

But people of Rwanda, for the sake of our kid's future, let's now focus on what we know is possible

Folks,Hutu or Tutsi, know very well what will happen if we don't.We all have been there

We are one people.Turi abavandimwe.Laat ons geen olie op het vuur gooien

  • oh,well we can see whos the cows now.if thats the way you wanna put it that the tutsis were born to be the leaders of the cows.its opposit.theres no such thing sir,in modern gouverment now.that was the past not anymore in tutsis rulin

  • well im so sorry to hurt your feelings but

are you fuckin blind????? can't you seeeeee??? whats going on already???? y'all is cowards ariko mbanshaka ka tu ganira ubumwe but you guyz still dont get this shit man niggaz done died man enought fo da shit

  • ab435, ur comment is setting us back 100 yrs. We're trying to move forward and build the country TOGETHER. This whole "tutsi this and hutu that" is exactly what we're trying to eliminate from our speeches! The country is where it's at because of the collective effort of the ENTIRE population.

  • I'm not proud nor impressed after having seen this video. Rwanda remains a jungle under the bloody leadership of a dictator who killed two regularly elected African presidents on April the 4th 1994. If the cause is bad, the consequence is also bad. Only a very small minority of Rwandese have benefits from this initiating crimes. A shame!

  • oh yeah.learn about your histry idoit.you just sound like paul rusasabaF*kin gina moron.

  • I've the impression that you can not write in English ab435. So please be kind to follow some refreshment lectures. You nicely started with your pseudo because the two first letters are A and B, so follow the way to Z, one letter to learn per day, sir. We than will try to understand what you mean or what you guess, my idioticoïdean guest. Perhaps you suffer with one or another disease. Do you have dyskinetic agitation, dyspraxia or dyslexia, sir?

  • all y'all maaafakaz cant fuck we us we the don,

and fuck your English presentation b actin like a lil hoe,,,,whats you know about your wordz lol you fuckin coward

  • Great work and great video. I really think ICT and internet is a way of reducing poverty in the african countries. But it is still important that the acces to internet is democratised and avalieble to all.

  • A second comment. Try to construct a single transistor from A to Z in Rwanda, from the siderurgy to the electronics. To be proud of Vision 2020 high technology goal is not the same as to cut and paste Chinese pieces of an electronic puzzle in a plastic box.

  • Well done guys, I am so ever proud to be a rwandan again..keep on a good work Kagame, we diaspora rwandan are behind you.

  • very impressed indeed.again tutsis were born to be leaders coz they bring the goods &so on...to the country

  • Tutsi were born to be leaders... of the cows, Sir, not to be the dictators of human kinds. Think about that with your eugenic point of view.

  • Apparently your Tutsi leaders, "born to be leaders", don't bring the good orthograph in your New Rwanda 2020! They will have many work to reduce their cultural analphabetism!
