Great game. It was a little confusing when downloading (cause I think I messed up) but it was well worth the effort. I made three different classes to try them all, however so far my strongest is about a lvl 10 Mage/ lvl2 priest.

No,they didnt copied worl of warcraft,they copied the first mmos like Everquest,UO,and the other ones,Blizzard did the same thing for WoW...keep in mind that nothing started with WoW...they just copied other games just like the games of today.

Actually a Guild From EverQuest 2 Proposed the Idea of Warcraft Online and helped make the game, so im not suprised if some of the elements from Everquest 2 are in WoW but runes of magic has like the same interface and other things ive noticed.

and you know what? i have a nvidia gforce 6600 512 mb, and a AMD sempron 2800+ 1.6 mhz , 1 gb and 2.4 gb internal memory, and it works like a charm on highest quality!!! And you know, this video cart is pretty old (I can't even play crysis on med) but It's also pretty cheap to get so if you wan't to play ROM try getting this setup ;)

The gameplay is similar to the WoW gameplay..but it has things that WoW doesnt have..like dualclasses..massive dongeon guild wars..(i mean a total different gameplay,harder and more challenging than the WoWs one.)

Youll like it...the video quality is lower than the ingame gameplay...also...the download speed is really slow for NA users...then youll have to be patient for it.

Been playing for a couple days...I have a level 15 Priest.

Pros: Free (except you will probably want to buy diamonds for a permanent mount). Spells are fun, armor looks great.

Cons: Quests are worse that WoW or EQ. Go kill 20 beasties, comeback and go kill 20 more.......I'm still killing wolves, beetles and spiders at lvl 15....boring.

I'll stick around and level for awhile to see if it gets better. I'm just taking a breather from Warhammer Online when I get bored there.

Its just the "total progress" bar that is bugged, just keep watching the version Number everytime the patcher restarts after a patch and compare it to the version number in the latest patch note on the website ^^,
