  • Crazy!! One hand on the saw, nice one! Ha

  • That's a Rasta Mon with big ass balls. He was way up there at the start. I would have wet myself or worse.

  • great Video. even i use a Rear handle chain saw 1 handed sometimes including a Stihl MS660. and yes i am a Tafe Quailifed Arborist.

  • Well guys i will say it could have been better but it could have been worse.. You need some help with your cuts, but the 1 hand on the saw,, is a big no no .. but othes wise good work to all the crew. keep cutting safe..

  • looks like he did a damn good job to me.

  • and one more thing. Have you ever tried to snap a step cut as you call it on wood that big cut that short.

  • yes

  • Yep, im pretty sure that i am........

  • you guys sound like a bunch of rookies to me talking about step cuts and shit and who needs PPE when you got all that hair on yo head?

  • haha smash the building up why dont ya, good thing its the hood. but i do get careless some times my self. but igot this guy on lock down!

  • Sorry but this job is complete crap. No PPE what so ever, and your cuts are shocking, no step cuts at all. Also using a rear handled saw with one hand??? Thats Safe!!!!!

  • What street was this?

  • That house in between W. 118th and W. 119th, between Lenox and Adam Clayton Powell.

I find it hilarious that real lumberjacks are criticizing how that guy got the tree down. Lets see if they ever had to take out a giant tree between 2 houses, so that the limbs don't land in the other properties. Like less than 25 to move.

And yes, that tree really was that tall.

  • @k72ndst it hit the house... that shouldnt of happend... Ive seen some really good loggers remove trees with less room then that try a 300 ft popler beside a house and you have a small backyard to drop it in only.. didnt hit the house or any fences..

  • ok typo in the last comment

should have been STEP not SPET

hay never said i could type lol

  • The more i watch the worse it gets. never heard of step cuts?? christ if your going to chog it down like that at least use spet cuts!!

  • Dont you guy have hard hats and hearing protection. in the UK you would be kicked off site. your cowboys. and like whats been said before wheres your butt check line??? and have you never heard of a Hobbs Block for lowering (maybe not coz your deaf)your should be ashamed of yourselfs

  • butt check? good job? are you kidding ? the blokes a cowboy he has no pullys no capson and was cutting in the wrong order!!!!!!!!!!

  • ha ha, 139 feet? bollocks! unless that blokes 20 foot tall...

  • 139 feet my arse

  • that guy should have put whats called a butt check on that to prevent it from getting out of hand and swinging so far, all in all not to bad of a job

  • and no one got hurt!!!!
