For nole49: You said you got Rocky's cassette. I do have the original LP acetate along with its case. It has a nice desing on the cover. It's Rocky Burnett himself wearing sunglasses while his hair is been blown . It's a nice picture of him though.

yeah that was probably the last really good year of music, the 80s seemed a little weird at the time but now they seem pretty damn good compared to the noise they make today and call music.

Yes, love the LP 1980... The Summer as well! Didn't buy it until 1984 when it was in a bargain bin for 99 cents!! Money well earned at the ripe old age of 10 !! We Live For Love by Benatar another stand out and of course So Long By Fischer Z. Dreamin' By Cliff, how about "Everybody's Gotta Learn Sometime" and "More Love"... on and on! Those really were the days.

I haven't seen Rocky in 35 years...did some theater with him, a little guitar playing and singing folk at L.A. Valley Jr. College. Rocky was a hell of a nice guy and ....yeah...the son of rockabilly.

Haven't seen this video since it first came out in the early 80's. Pity his career nose-dived after the initial success. He did some really good happy rocking music - its hard to find that nowadays.
