Im sick of this been diagonosed as not being diatbetic, but have low blood sugar CONSTANTLY, am shaking right now, sleeping a lot cant eat cos I feel sick, nearly fainting most of the day. seriouusly. Its just got worse and worse. So m uch conflicting info on this. Also gettin pins and needles in my toes. I need it to go now. What can I do????,

Is EXTREME hunger part of hypoglycemia? Everyone in my family has type 2 diabetes (none of which are obese), and I have never been diagnosed. Now when I get shakey, I also feel EXTREMELY hungry.
