FYI, Dr. Seuss HATED the idea of someone just taking his characters and making them into plushes and movies and games. His KIDS, after he died, went nuts making merchandise out of the Lorax and the Whos and so on.

Excellent stunts, great emotional scenes and a good storyline. It is quite scary and funny, realistic and exciting. It is a animation with full of objects of great power. No, (although it was 4.5 lines) but because it was he who sold the movie to about 98% of girls ages 12 - 18. I think that's a very important aspect of the film in that case. I personally like him because he is a second sub-symbol of the idea "a person is a person, no matter how small", just with a more specific focus on Whoville and his age group in general, and because he is also a symbol of the generation gap, leaving the producers room for commentary and just a little bit of satire.

well...what i been trying to say is that Jojo is the last person in the movie to be the symbol of the idea ''every person have life no matter of how small it is''..

the movie resembles the power of the unique...Whoville is the last 'thing'' which the biggers could be ever understand or communicate...is a small spot in their life and they don't give a shit about them

I think people also forget another message that was in that movie -- Stand up for what you believe in. Definitely. This is a strong message in the movie, even though it is not literally said. Its incredibly strongly implied.
