A question about the lcd. Do they pictures after you take them, look sharp in the lcd? It does 1/3 the dots compared to the newer canon models, so I am wondering if the pictures look smooth or do they look choppy, rough?
@wacey2002 -- you're a genius -- I'm sure you know Nikon made the Fuji cameras. But great comment -- took you a year to think of that. Wow. Impressed. Way
to show what you know. Ahaha ... Casio and Rolex -- so clever.
i just got the canon eos rebel xsi but I press the "set" button and my screen is dark? do i have to program it?

Ugh.... I was hoping the live view would be at least as good as my Fuji S6000/fd -- but it's not even close.

In what way is it "not even close?"
Do you even KNOW what you are talking about ?
vittoriostoraro 2 years ago
Yes I do
photobytim 2 years ago
Really ?
Firstly, the S6000fd is not even in the same league with the
Xsi. So how do do figure ?

Thanks for posting this. I couldn't even find the button to switch to Live View before.

You can use the grid feature in the live view mode; but, what about if you want to use the grid through the view finder? Is that possible?

I know how to work it but I still don't really understand why you did what you did.

Why do they still make cameras with mirrors and optical viewfinders? Do they have some advantage over using the live vew on an LCD?
