Her wave at the start of the video does not mean "Throw me the ball right now!" as you mistakenly believe.

Dodger left fielders often throw balls up into the second deck, sometimes even the third deck (reserved level). In the past decade, Dodger left fielders have thrown the warmup ball into the stands well over 50% of the innings. I've caught dozens of them. They often throw the ball near the back row of the pavilion and this girl is up closer than the front row.
