Uhhmmm... this isn't projection mapping it looks like a mask with a motion layer behind it. Unless of course the mannequins are flat mannequins LOL. Why is the reflected light non existant?
you're right, it's just a video source to projection. when it projectioned on mannequins, the space wasn't enough dark to see best quality, and i didn't have good camera to take video for show nice.
this video is just for show my motion design work. if you want to see projectioned on real mannequins, i'll upload it :)
