@meppe94 Thanks! :) I don't want to remember what I spent already...basically upgraded the engine etc 420hp but turned down to 360-370 on track, suspension is KW V2 (not very racy but its OK) big brakes from AP racing and semi slick toyo tires.

@meppe94 Just for the power upgrade? It depends if you build the engine yourself or use a mechanic...I would say ballpark 5000€ it could be done, but 400hp on standard suspension doesn't drive that great I think :)

Great driving. Always nice to see a close to standard sedan go head to head with more powerful and expensive cars on track. This is real good driving in a car weighting some 1500kg, I guess you have 18" or 19" Rims with "Toyo Proxes R888" tires. Makes a big difference in cornering compared to "standard" tires... =:-)

Then you have both "cornering and comfort" doe to the bigger hight of the 45 tire insteed of a lower profile . Thus rims must have costed you an arm and a half leg in cost ;) But real racing rims cost.

@Soulfood68 cornering yes comfort no lol. But its only a track car anyway. I went with 17 because it suits the car and handling better. Its hard to fit big wheels on an 850 wuthout rubbing in corners..and semi slicks have such stiff sidewalls that they are still very direct

ru running the stock trans or did you have to build that up too? and was the manual trans an option in Europe for the t-5 and the R? cause i cant find one here in the states with a manual i have one with the manual but its an N/A. Which do u think would be harder to do switch out the trans to a turbo 850 or put a turbo in the car that i have now????

@benkerr69 here in europe we could get them with the m56 5spd manual but the us got auto only for the turbos. Mine was a manual stock but the box i run now has a shorter final for track use

Greddy RS but it is now recirculating so less loud. Car has 420hp on the street, 380hp or so on the nurburgring (less boost) coilovers, big brakes and some small weight reduction

Its touristfahrten. In the middle of the straight you have to leave the track. So I use half the straight to cool down brakes and turbo a bit.

Yea, thats why I love quiet days like this one. I've got some more vids on here of laps that were busier and the speed difference can be a bit scary. You have to decide way in advance to pass or not. The speed difference makes it impossible to brake in time after that point :s
