I love how he does this at every concert. It's the sweetest thing. I think Joe really likes kids. (And not in a creepy way). But he does a lot of charity work with The Special Olympics, he's always hanging out with Frankie, and he's been doing this at every concert since 2008. It's adorable! They are such great guys. I think they are all gonna be amazing dads one day :'o)
