The s is an upgraded engine, brakes, suspension etc. but not the same look as the turbo. The 4s is an upgraded engine, brakes, suspension with a wider body and turbo attributes... The carrera s is actually the faster car.

The S's are clearly to see, the 2nd one is a C4

(red bar between the taillights).
