Because if dog A has dominant white allele and is bred with dog B who also has dominant white allele, it's a likely chance they'll produce blind and or deaf dogs. This breeding may or may not produce blind/deaf because of the brindling, but who knows. He may have a recessive white allele and the bitch too, and create pups with dominant white alleles.
