You know, I've wondered this before, and the only thing I can think of is that she only sent the suit ahead a few minutes, got back in it after leaving her time code on the windmill, and then jumped to the future before sending the suit back again.
Not really sure why Aurthur wouldn't remember all of this, and thusly remember where she was, but it's the only thing that works. Other than her having find another time travel device to use prior to arriving in Atlantis that she used to leave.
@Xyex There is a problem with your theory. Why send it forward a few minutes in the first place? Also, she left the time code while she was still wearing the suit. You can tell because the time code was left in several places... er, times. This had to be her last stop because she left this time period to go hide in the time stream.
Arthur doesn't know where she is because he can't read the settings from his location in the suit's circuitry. Agent 3 DID leave a clue for him though.
@protoborg Send it forward to explain where it goes when it vanishes while she's still in Atlantis? The old suits can't become invisible, she had to send it somewhere/when. Also, she couldn't have left the codes while in the suit because Arthur would have seen them as she left them, and he didn't. Likewise, Arthur couldn't have been there when she went to see Sinclair, otherwise he'd remember she was still there. Just like he remembered finding that temporal vortex thingy.
@mimkana She probably used the same technique she used to remove the suit. Or more likely, it was the technique the agent used to "capture" Gage in the opening cutscene of JMP 2. The agent used an external temporal beam to trap Gage in the time stream. When the agent jumped out, Gage went with him. It would be a simple matter of entering the temporal coordinates into the suit and activating the jump circuits only for herself, thus leaving the suit behind.

The third in the series and one of my favorite games of all time. I really wished that Presto Studios was still around so that the game could be converted to run on my iMac.
I had this once but I can't remember how I fixed it. My first suggestion is of course to make sure nothing else is running, then try to mess with the game's audio settings. If that doesn't work, try installing the other stuff on the disc such as the versions of QuickTime and DirectX that come with the game. If that doesn't work the only other thing I could think of is updating the driver for your sound card.
@Xyex : this is how you fix it, go to control panel, sound and audio properties, on the volume tab click on the advanced button on the speaker settings, click on the performance tab and move the slider on the hardware acceleration all the way to none - (^_^) problem solved!
I ran across exactly the same problem. The solution that worked for me was to go to Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices -> Advanced Speaker Settings, go to the performance tab and drag the Hardware Acceleration slider all the way to the left (i.e. disable it). That's assuming you're using an XP system. Worked like a charm for me on all my computers, hope it works for you!
I've tried everything, and there seems to be no way to correct this sound bug in Vista. It's definitely playable, but it ruins the experience to hear the echoes :(
@TFerra You need to disable audio acceleration. Go to Search (in Vista or 7) or Run (in XP) and type dxdiag. Go to the Sound tab, then drag the Acceleration slider all the way to the left. Make sure you turn it back on when you're not playing though!

I don't know of anywhere to download them. I ripped these directly from the game discs. They're just in standard .mov format so anything that can read and convert mov files works.
THANKYOUTHANKYOUTHANKYOU! for putting this up. I loved this game back in junior high school--it was one of the high points of my day to go and adventure through time. I've been looking for this for years!
BEST ADVENTURE GAME EVER main reason is because of Atour

@Xyex 1)The old suits DID become invisible. In fact, they HAD to become invisible to avoid messing up the time line.
2) Arthur HAD to know where to look for the codes or you would NEVER have found them.
3) I never said he was there when she jump out to go to Sinclair.
4) Even with Arthur IN the jumpsuit, he would not have known what coordinates she went to since she was OUTSIDE the suit at the time.
These are things you learn by playing the games.

OMG
MY game is messed up. I've bought several copies over the years, and on different computers; and whenever I play ti the audio seems to echo.
Do you know how to get rid of that, I've tried playing with the audio options and that doesn't solve it.
