When they can no longer earn sufficient funds to satisfy the HA then they are expendable. The HA will always have new "recruits" to walk the East End to replace the used up prostitutes.

That is where Picton comes in. He provided a "service" to the HA by eliminating the "old pro's". The Police put ZERO effort into finding the killer.

The Cops waste thousands of hours surveilling people they don't like to find some minor crime to "get them." If nothing is ever found, the target can never prove this surveillance & if something is found the cops pretend they chanced upon me driving home the day my licence expired. Obviously, they would not detect all corrupt police. Even if we double the amount to 6%, it still means that 94% of police are legit.

Actually demon829 there is a lovely book in the Monash university Library that details all the police shootings in Victoria from 1950 onwards to the end of the 1960's. The book actually predicts the silent war carried out towards the end of the 1988's, and the author stresses the need to retrain vicpol, in their defence tactics. what you have to realise is since 1980 vicpol have managed to kill more people then all of the other police services in australian combined.

Rabble is the case in Victoria. When I went to NSW I felt safe travelling around on the trains any time during the day, because of the police presents, when I went to the gold coast it was the same. NSW police were fantastic, so helpful when I got lost. Ask a Vicpol officer for directions and he would more then likely shoot you for doing so.
