Cozumel Adventure Park, Zip Line & Snorkel Combo

After asking 3 different employess for help I wander down the beach about 1/4 mile and finally find my group that's already geared up and jumping into the water. I get no directions on what to do! I ask the other guest what I am supposed to be doing and they give me directions, NOT the tour guide! Upon leaving, the guide asks how I liked it and explain I didnot appreciate getting left multiple times. Who left you? was his response, unaware that it had even happened! Jorge should SO be fired!!

So being we were the last to participate, we then are sent to change clothes for the snorkle part. I was told I had 5 minutes & we were to meet outside the rest rooms. I come out, no group!! This makes the 3rd time we got left! at this point my husband gives up and hangs out by the pool!

We finally find our group and as they are already geared up to go, we have no clue what to do have no equipment & playing catch up. I carry my stuff to the leader and have to ask him what I am suppose to be doing and how to put the straps on. other peole are already in the skyThis was the 2nd time we got left!!

as we First, if you don't have a group pof 8, your screwed! there was a group of 7 in one taxi van, then a family of 8 in the other van. So they sent my husband and I in a taxi by ourselves! A NON AIR CONDITIONED TAXI, the vans had AC! well our taxi got there last and the rest of the group had already been escorted out of the taxi and to get their equipment. Mass confusion as when we got there we had no clue where our guide was and where to go?? This was the first time we got left!

OK , I just got back from this tour. The park is small! I think it had 4 towers. The park was ok, but WAY overpriced for what you got!! The service from our tour guide was aweful!!.

Just got back from there. This park is about 125' square. At 15 seconds in this video you are looking at the entire park. I think the marketing person is a genius who works for them.

looks boring, i work for the chico[pee tube/zipline come check it out for some actuall fun. 1000 feet long longest in southern ontario.

@andykennery ive been and it was amazing. it was so fun. the people there are cool as well. definitely a place to go. the time of your life.
