  • you can have a go at my banana

  • you need to balance diet

otherwise you'll pay the price later

  • Oof.. More than 2 bananas a day and I get clogged up pretty badly.

  • by eating that many bananas, i'm surprised she hasn't gotten potassium poisoning. what a joke. it's possible to die from having TOO many nutrients of certain kinds (example carrotts). give me a break. DIET AND EXERCISE PPL! IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE. FIND A BALANCE.

  • She must shit like a hose pipe/

  • 50 banana's???? wow i thought 2 a day was too much :P

  • 15 bananas?! Wow! That is impressive!!! I don't know if I could get past 3 or 4....really.

  • Fat Person: I will get fat if I go on the fruit diet. So I will just keep cramming super size big mac combos, with a diet coke into my face, cause the fruit will make me fat.

    LOL

  • getting up to pee? to many things point to that being disruptive to health.. you lost me with that

  • Comment removed

  • Now that's a girl that enjoys sucking on bananas!

  • 50 bananas? Is that really responsible, coming from a social standpoint?

  • @tylertyler82 fuckin greedy and expensive in these parts (UK)

  • @ghodium If everybody in the world ate like this, we would consume 109,500,000,000,000 bananas a year. (And that's just bananas). Sustainable? I don't know, but it doesn't look like it.

  • @tylertyler82 i guess people would have to make sure they pooped their banana seeds on fertile ground lol, and starve while they wait for the banana trees to grow, if there's enough fertile land for the job for 7 billion, and then we need to spare some bananas for the gorillas n chimps, hmmm

  • @tylertyler82 There are millions of acres open for planting. You can knock down the fluoride factories and plant some there? Mcdonalds takes up some real estate. Plant some there. There is plenty of room. There is actually land outside of populated cities. Imagine that.

  • load of frozen brussel sprouts and frozen spinach, chuck em in the microwave, then add some nuts/seeds, spices, and shit like that: some pure unsalted unsweetened peanut butter (made from roasted peanuts), walnuts, sunflower and sesame seeds, balsamic vinegar, very little lime pickle, maybe a banana or two, egg or two ( cook the white with the greens and add the yolk raw), raw ginger, raw garlic, raw onion, raw turmeric, fennel seed, coriander seed, ground black pepper, cinnamon, cayenne pepper

  • @ghodium your recipe sounds good, I eat every one of them regularly, but STAY AWAY from cooking your foods in the microwave...really!--The microwave alters the composition of your food--not healthy at all. Cook your food the old fashion way in a cast iron pan (not aluminum) or in the oven---just some healthy advice.

  • @bnyme thank you for your comment, i mash the sprouts before mixing all the uncooked stuff in... microwave ovens, hmm, not sure, some studies even suggest "a tendency towards greater retention of many micronutrients with microwaving", maybe a mixture of raw/microwaved/conventionally-cooked to get best from all worlds, remembering that most people are incapable of getting certain nutrients from raw food whereas they can from the cooked version

  • Have you ever thought about that you can be too skinny? Why do people think that skinny = healthy?

  • so many bananas is bad for you hunnie be so careful and make sure to consult a doctor

  • I WANNA FUCK HER I WANNA FUCK HER FUCK FUCK FUCK SEX SEX SEX JIZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

  • Do you really think a diet high in fructose (with the body doesn't distinguish from glucose) is better than a diet high in chlorophyll? I certainly do not. Were you meant to sit and gluttonously eat bannanas and sugar for hours on end? It sounds addictive and unhealthy, Far from spiritual self progression.

  • how r u so flat? 8 bananas smothies makes my belly goes boom.. stomach first intestin second.. then i pee as hell!

  • @piccaricarlo It takes a while..At first your body isn't used to all the fiber & gets bloated...

  • Notice only like, um, ONE, person touting this? Good for you sweetheart. You've found your way. Get off of your pedestal!

  • WOAH 15 bananas!!!!!!! :0 how old were u when you started this? Can you ever be too young to do this?

  • everybodys body is different, 50 bananas a day wont work for everyone.

  • @aliveminds True... Maybe it worked for Freelea but I sure as hell don't believe her advice would work for me. :/ Not at all.

  • I really don't understand the concept that she can consume so much sugar in a day. Everything in moderation?

  • Who filmed you? Your controlling boyfriend?

  • I want to get started on this fabulous lifestyle. You inspire me so much! I'm wondering, is 10 bananas a day enough on a monodiet? I would like to start out with just eating bananas for 10-14 days but I'm not sure I'll get enough carbs from 10bananas only

  • Grains make you fat not fruit. Fruit messes with your insuline and blood sugar.

Consuming a lot of fructose is a terrible idea. You can get all the vitamins & minerals from greens instead.

  • zuzka light

    real fit woman

  • Can you eat nuts? They have protein and iron.. also you look good but I sense that you don't have energy you can just tell..

  • You have to understand, they eat many calories worth of fruit, but they are athletes as well, they blend their high calorie fruit diet with a high exercise regime. People just want to be easy and eat (or not eat) things to make them skinny so they dont have to put any effort in. You can eat as much as you want so long as you exercise regularly.

  • Wait til the neurological disorders kick in after 20 years.

  • 225 people weren't carbed up and accidentally hit the wrong button.

  • I'm going to be the terrible, awful pervert and ask a personal question......Freelea, woman to woman, are your girls real?

I'm worried about losing mine is all.

  • you know whats funny.....

I use to be HUGE on trying to cut calories. to a sickening degree.

yet I weighed more cutting calories on processed food, than eating until I'm stuffed on raw food.

I've been a vegetarian for a year, but I've finally gotten to a raw food point.

it was hard to give up the processed carbs.

  • @bevon17 Good on ya!!! Keep it up, and spread the word, and love for our animal friends who we are supposed to uplift, and not SLAUGHTER, and CONsume!!!

  • I've heard that fruit makes you fat, Once I started researching it I realize that there is a huge difference between cookies and apples

  • I hear if you eat fruit, you MUST get active and keep your body moving or fruit turn to acid and can harm your body. Words of the LifeRegenerator.

  • Orange juice gives me heartburn and too many bananas makes me sick. I couldn't imagine eating 15 bananas for lunch AND dinner! wow...

  • she never metions the catheter in her pants that's permanently draining her bladder ;p

  • 2 liters orange juice lol xD

  • ple ple ple

  • that just sounds unhealthy...:S

  • I thought OJ is too acidic in the morning!

  • that was enjoyable, i love the rawfitbitch...

  • amazing body, but i love food to much for that shit, i would be misserable

  • i love looking at this video and then the current ones... seing the difference that happens even after 2.5 years of living this way :)

  • i thought that if you ate too many banana's you can get potassium poisoning?

  • 105 calories in a medium banana x 50 = 5,000 calories!!! WTF!

    1,800 calories / day is good = 1800/105 = 17 bananas!!

  • Q&A (continued)

Is the protein intake sufficient? For the average person i'd say yes. There is enough protein in fruit, if you eat enough of it.

Can I gain muscle by following this diet and exercising? If you're a guy you will most likely struggle to gain bulk. Not enough protein. It's good for resistance/aerobic exercise though,

    Is meat bad? No.

Does steak make me fat? No. Its all the chips around it and the soda/beer inside the glass,

I'm a guy. Isn't this diet a little gay? Yes. It is.

  • Q&A (continued)

    Does this diet work? Yes.

Why? Low carb concentration foods (like fruit) prevent glycemic shocks, which results in low insulin levels, which in turn prevents conversion of fructose into fat and fat storage mediated by insulin. Insulin sensitivity will also increase, preventing type II diabetes. Also, its very difficult to reach the amount of calories necessary to gain weight by eating fruit, since the daily quantities required are quite staggering.

  • Quick Q&A:

Did she run 5 days a week when she was fat? No.

Did she run marathons when she was fat? No.

Does anyone know many fat marathon runners? No.

So why is she fit now? Because of the all the running and exercise.

Will the average person become fit just by running 5 days a week? You bet.

  • @LiteraryAir If you listened to what she says it's not all about weight. She's wearing that small amount of clothes to show off what a healthy sexy ass body a diet of whole fruits and veggies can produce. I hope kids would take an example from what she says.

  • wow i love bananas anyway...got to try that.

  • It's cool that you can be a vegan, I know you can be an athlete from being a vegan alone, but I would still rather have my protein from meat, I still do drink water constantly.

  • A liter is a gallon?

  • @yelmprincess no it's about a quart

  • who in gods name would say fruit makes u fat. really? whose that dumb?

  • @LiteraryAir You're an idiot.

  • lol cant stop laughing at the ignorant people with their uneducated comments. Do ur research and learn the nutritional facts of vegies and fruits. if that still doesnt convince u... look at freelee, shes SKINNY, HEALTHY, and GLOWING!

  • This is a mono diet and anyone could lose weight on a mono diet. Eating pounds of bananas might work for her, but many people couldn't hack this nor would they want to. Bananas have a lot of fructose sugar which isn't good for some people. Bananas and water does not make for a balanced diet. The fact that she lost weight on this track is not serendipitous, it could have been done on an all fruit and vegetable diet as well.

  • @jasbcor Isn't good for who? Are you saying some people are physiologically different than others? That's completely false. This diet works for ANY HUMAN

  • @MrMaryJanes Yes indeed, there are people who are diabetics, people with irritable colon diseases, people with special needs diets for low sodium, low fat, etc. So no, this diet will not work for EVERYONE. Sorry to disappoint you but we are not all physiologically the same.

  • @jasbcor And what caused those problems in the first place? A BAD DIET. Eating this way is how humans are meant to eat. Drop the regurgitated lies and pick up a copy of 80.10.10 to see what it's all about.

All humans function the same way. Slight differences from genetics are there of course, but as a human we should be eating massive amounts of fruit.

So YES we are all physiologically the same.

  • @MrMaryJanes Not always true that diet contributes or causes diseases or diseases of the digestive system. Some people have idiopathic food allergies, etc. Don't pretend to know you know what you're talking about because you don't. There are many differences among people starting with differences between the sexes where each has distinct reproductive organs, a slight genetic variation with a visible difference in anatomy and physiology.

  • @jasbcor And what caused those problems to begin with? Their parents bad eating habbits.

  • @MrMaryJanes It seems that you are wrong here. Not all people are the same. There are numerous GI diseases a person can have that are completely unrelated to diet.

I have a niece who was born with crohn's disease - its not diet related.

  • @SirKnightErrant Your Nieces parents obviously had a terrible diet and their kid was born with crohn's. The baby may not have a bad diet, but what does baby feed off of? Oh that's right ;). Same thing with crack babies. Think OUTSIDE THE Box. You can always trace the disease back to something. It doesn't just happen for no particular reason

  • I love bananas though, it's one of my favorites..besides watermelon

  • @krystalmonday says who?

  • @Freelea hum..says me..that you only think you should eat bananas...yeah...they are good, but to just think "only bananas" that is excessive, not balanced thinking, who said? logic. Also there are many women thin and in shape and eat healthy ...but they do not just eat bananas. lol..there is much variety...blue berries, nuts, greens, red tomatoes onions...salmon. Lot of things are good for you, besides BANANAS:) but, I still love them, just not to live on them.

  • @Freelea I tried eating nothing but bananas yesterday. I could only fit 15 in my body but then I'm not a very active person like I should be. They were also quite large bananas (approx 142grams after taking the peel away). I also had slightly more than 2 litres of water for the day. Weighing myself at the same time of the morning, I'd lost 1.1kg's in 1 day (and I wasn't even trying to).

  • @Freelea your mum.

  • @Freelea ya its interesting b/c if the cal's are quality, and your digestion is perfect, then more cal's will actually increase your metabolic rate alot like wood feeds a fire :)

  • @Freelea One Banana is 100 calories. You ate 30 which is 3000 calories in sugar in one day. Thats 1000 over what you need. That is so terribly awful for you! You need 40-50 grams of protein per day! You can't live off fruit. But whatever...nothing anyone here says will change your mind.

  • @coolchick0569 Post a link to a pic of you for evidence that your methods are better.

    Otherwise, properly fuck off.

Anyone that does not link to a vid of themselves looking better than her is full of shit.

  • @vabyss78 An indication of your overall health is not what you look like. People with eating disorders look like her in other words they are thin with a flat stomach, they look like this because they are starving themselves, not because they are healthy. The amount of fructose she is ingesting is terrifying; her blood sugar levels will be through the roof. If you aren't aware of just how detrimental that is then you shouldn’t be watching youtube videos on diet.

  • @SugerSprinkledFun "An indication of your overall health is not what you look like."

One of the all time favorite lines of fatties in denial. People with eating disorders DO NOT look like her. People with eating disorders have faces that look like corpses, and they are bony and weak. She is trim, toned, and her face is vibrant.

You're fat and drinking Hater-ade because of it. The end. I'm a nutrition major and we are going to destroy the establishment. Enjoy the ride.

  • @vabyss78 You are incredibly presumptuous aren’t you? No I am not fat far from it actually. I have been studying nutrition and health for a number of years now and what she is doing to her body is incredibly unhealthy. We are not chimps or apes we cannot survive on a diet consisting of just fruit or nuts we need variety. This is not my opinion btw this is the scientific establishment’s opinion based on archaeology, anthropological and scientific evidence.

  • @SugerSprinkledFun I agree with you, if you want to be strong and really be an athlete ...be firm with muscle you don't just eat bananas. Beware of kicks like this, that eliminate so much variety that we need. I don't see strength or much tone in the above. Check out Zuzana light for example.

  • @SugerSprinkledFun Our physiology is nearly identical throughout. Action potentials in cells occur in the exact same manner, the same nutrients give us life and heal us, because we all evolved on this planet.

I include omegas in my diet because I know their benefits are endless. But I'm not going to sit here and tell them they are doing something wrong when they look better than 99% of people on this planet. Your outward appearance IS a reflection of your health.

  • @vabyss78Our early ancestors may have had a similar to diet to that of apes but we have evolved. Extensive study has been done in this area. Our stomach and intenstines are meant for very different food. The saliva of chimps and humans differ greatly also. We have an enormous amount of the enzyme amylase which helps in breaking down starchy food. Chimps do not. Our teeth also differ greatly. Where apes have large flat teeth we have small sharp teeth perfectly designed for eating meat.

  • @vabyss78I know that your outward appearance can reflect your health what is not necessarily an indication is weight or how skinny you are. Not everyone that has an eating disorder looks like a stereotypical emaciated skeleton. That is the extreme end of the spectrum.I’ve known people with eating disorders that look pretty good, quite similar to what she looks like actually with little to no muscle definition.Being skinny in no way means you are healthy. In fact it can mean quite the opposite.

  • @SugerSprinkledFun Name: SugarSprinkledFun. Occupation: Full time spamming of vegan videos and spreading of junk science.

I see nothing unusual about this relationship. :/

  • @SugerSprinkledFun

Science doesn't have opinions, it makes attempts to arrive at a generally accepted consensus proven by repeatable research. It's noteworthy that the earth is [a] not flat and [b] the sun does not, in fact, rotate it, which is relevant here because both of these "facts" were long held as consensus views by most of the scientific community - yet both were completely wrong. "Science" is not the last word in everything.

  • @YoutubicustafarianYour understanding of science is faulty.Of course science has opinions.A more appropriate word could be consensus, but that is nothing more than semantics. Are you honestly suggesting that because science has shown to be fallible that we should disregard it? Such thinking is irrational. Our entire civilization from our technology, communication and medicine relies on the culmination of scientific understanding and discovery. So yes, science most definitely has the last word.

  • @SugerSprinkledFun

I disagree that it's a question of semantics, but, to answer your question re: we disregard it, no, I'm not suggesting that. I'm pointing out that the science you're relying on is a **current view only** and is not, as you imply, the last word. It is merely the current incarnation of what the consensus **seems** to agree on. That can, and does, change constantly. So it's the last word - funtil we know better. Thus, by definition, it isn't the last word.

  • @vabyss78 binge eating is an eating disorder too, 50 bananas + 2 liters of orange juice... how does her stomach even fit that? over consuming sugar... she has an issue, the sear quantities... and fatties in denial? you clearly do not know what an eating disorder is, the corpse-like look doesn't happen overnight...

  • Comment removed

  • @SugerSprinkledFun no dude. she eats the fructose in a whole food. it's completely different from just drinking the same amount of fructose from soda or some other processed product. completely different. the body does not digest whole foods and soda at proportionate rates. there is no insulin spike when you only consume whole foods. period.

  • @krystalmonday since your so into calories and all that shit, I bet your still fatter than her.

  • @HeyPusa oh ok.

  • @krystalmonday I can recommend a good place to get your cataracts removed.

  • @bluemoon455 no what it actually takes is a mind.

  • @bluemoon455 .....I wouldn't if I were you, they failed in removing yours.

  • HMM..interesting handmarks you are showing when you are putting your right hand to your pocket..some will notest this..hmm..wondering who is paying this all to you, in the name of "raw" healthy living, this is far from healthy..really, I think you have an bad eating disorder, super strong ego that boosts this behaviour of yours, you are getting big moneys of this etc. and I hope you will get back on tracks in your life..hoping that all others will see behind this all what you are doing..

  • @Teeduli if ur referring to the illuminati hand sign/signal.. i doubt it.. They wouldn't motivate people to eating healthy and free thinking as much as she does..

  • WHAT is her BLOOD TYPE????? I MUST KNOW!:) so please respond. TY!

  • why in hell u eating so many bananas!!

  • don't bitch about bees u idiots, they where made to help us we just gotta give back to them.. you guys should focus on hating Monsanto Corporation the worst and most evil corpoartion on the planet, behind that demonic company is the Obesity and sickness of this nation, they created Round Up Pesticides, A ton of other chemicals, rBGH artificial hormones being put in cows Specially florida cows, which all goes to public school milk, Aspartame NEUROTOXIN E.COLI BAC shit literally

  • @IlluminatedAnuit11 & MY PERSONAL FAVORITE, GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS. or Seed which is whats killing all the BEES around US.. why? well the plants DNA creates pesticides so that Monsanto doesn't have to spray even more poison on its plants still the plant produces the poison.. LMFAO Retarded! so Bees being the pollinators that they are try to pollinate these Franken Plants and die.. 80% of the Cotton, Corn and Soy in us is GMO, now Alfalfa was approved and Sugar beets

  • @IlluminatedAnuit11 even Canola and Grapeseed is GMO in this nation...now ad up all that shit food and process it cook it pasteurize it, ad another 30 chemicals like MSG make that GMO corn into H.Corn Syrups, make GMO Soy Lecithin, Artificial Vitamins and Chemical minerals, ad shit white depleted sodium, fluoride, FD&C artificial Colors HYDROGENATED OILS and freeze it.. hahah you got AMERICAS FOOD.. & AMERICAS meat is GMO Animals eating their own SHIT with By-Products..

  • @FemmeBleu 24 hating fat bitches and obese lil dick losers! :]

  • @IlluminatedAnuit11 Ermm.I posted on here so long ago I can't even see the comment I posted.. so I don't remember what you are responding to LOL. Can you tell me? >.<

  • Hmm. No.

  • ive never heard fruit makes you fat in my entire life

  • @SezoRS for real where do these MORONS come from I ask?? hahahahahah fruit makes you fat = fucking ignorant fools go look at how FAT APES and GORILLAS ARE.. hahahahahahahahaha!

  • i don't really agree this diet is for everyone, eating banana's all day is not very balanced to some and would kill me, i need more fruit variety and green leaves, and i love wild honey ^_^ so being total vegan is impossible with me lol i just feel such a great connection with bees

nice work anyway i'm glade this works for some people ^_^

  • @trueartgirl You have a connection with bees because you like abusing them?? tha fuck... Try agave nectar for a change, it's sweet, has a thick consistency and is made from plants. 100% cruelty-free alternative to honey.

  • @sandytoes3 abuse? ha! there is a beautiful holistic nature to bees and their honey is a gift i never take more than i need and i plant them many flowers for them i do however agree that many commercial bee keepers do abuse bees and i don't practice that nor support it and i do eat agave as well

  • Stupid. You need protien. You need carbs. You need fruit but very limited. You need fat but very limited. You need vegitables as many as you want. She may be thin but healthy? Hardly.

  • @elitedefense72 WOW, I wish I could beat the stupidity out of you

  • @3GBlog Please enlighten me on what exactly I said that was stupid.

  • @elitedefense72 I'll stick to a basic vocabulary so you dont get too confused. "You need protein" - but ape big and ape no eat meat for protein. "She may be thin but healthy? Hardly." But girl run many and many km every day and is professional athlete which no can be if one unhealthy. Not to mention that her boyfriend, who is on the same diet, rides around 200km a day. Anything that I didn't comment on wasn't because you had a point but rather because its sheer stupidity didn't merit a response.

  • @3GBlog Talk about stupidity not meriting a response! You take the cake. But I'll give you one anyway. I'll stick to my normal vocabulary because to speak like a infantile moron does little to lend any credibility as you so aptly demonstrated already. This fruit only BS may lead to osteoporosis (weak bones), iron-deficiency anemia, malnutrition, wasting of muscle tissue, inability to maintain a healthy weight, chronic fatigue, skin problems, thinning hair, weakening of nails CONTINUED...

  • @elitedefense72 ...Some of these problems are the result of nutritional deficiencies. The most common deficiencies that I know of in this population are vitamins B12, A*, D, zinc, and certain essential fatty acids. Another problem with a high fruit diet is that it can lead to problems involving the hormones that regulate your blood sugar; insulin, glucagon, and growth hormone. A chronic imbalance of these hormones is a sure way to develop cardiovascular disease and diabetes. CONTINUED...

  • @elitedefense72 So she can run. Great. How about all this other stuff I mentioned? "Fruitism" is silly. You need a balanced diet to obtian optimal health. Eating only fruit just doesn't do that. Sorry.

  • all bananas? that's a balanced diet. that shit will kill you.

  • You look great!!

  • Whatever works for her. I don't know if I could do that, lol

  • Thank you!!!

  • I thought eating too much bananas is bad for you

  • @emmismiles It is. See my above comments

  • The girl in the ad that pops up before this video plays is anorexic in my eyes.

  • whoa thats a lot of bananas in one day. You know how much potassium ur consuming in one day? Too much

  • You oughtta know that water is not hydrating. It actually leeches nutrients from your body. For example, in a shower or bath or anyime massive amounts of water get on your skin, does it make your skin more hydrated? No, it makes it dry. Fruits are definitly more hydrating than water but if you want to look for real hydration and lubrication go for the raw fats. U can compare by soaking one hand in water and covering the other in raw butter. The results are obvious.

  • @FemmeBleu u jelly bro?

  • Are you grazy?

  • @Sextonppp I'm pretty sure those 50 bananas have far less sugar than a average person eating a "healthy" diet with soda, animal products, cholesterol etc...

  • thats too much sugar

  • SERIOUSLY!! THIS DIET IS NOT HEALTHY. You need to go to a diabetic clinic and check this out with them. Long term this diet is detramental to your health. That is why you are drinking so much water. Please get yourself checked out with your blood sugars before you continue to consume so many bananas and fruit juice. You are on a put suger diet

  • The live truth that we descent from monkeys

  • her bladder must be enormous - 5 liters of liquid a day.

  • Wow 50 bananas a day, would be more than 2 bananas every hour. When will you have time to do anything else? It seems to work for you though. For a woman in her late 30's or early 40's you have a smoking hot bod. Just a few additional pounds would even be better. Maybe try to increase to 3 bananas an hour.

  • @Nomoreidsleft called a blender ;)

  • @Nomoreidsleft Freelee was about 28 here I think, lol.

  • @freelea how much money do you spend on food each month?

  • @galimir david wolfe,sean croxton,susan chenk,mark sisson and more...

  • @mousourmix what bout them? I know the first one mentioned only, and he is a fat blob and snake oil seller-Ive given up on Dave Wolfe some time ago:)

  • @galimir you said who says that fruit makes you fat so i wrote some...they are not non-existent...

  • I believe that the healthiest people on earth live in Crete. They eat a lot of varied greens, olive oil, pasta and bread.

  • @SirKnightErrant Exactly!and on Sardinia too-their they eat even fish! So obviously there is no simple answer for everyone! And talking of bananas-the bananas here in Czech Rep are most of the time and in most of the places a disgusting chemical artificially ripened with ethylene things, what even after left to ripe at home taste like shit.So if I try to live on bananas only, espec. during the winter here, when is -30 C,I will definitely not last long:)one must live in reality!

  • I have a question, it may sound silly, but I'm curious. If your friends or family want to invite you for dinner, or out for a meal, do you just say no? Or go and not eat? I have never seen on a menu, lots of fruit options. I'm just wondering about this.

  • lies.

    30 bananas = 3,200+ calories a day

there is no way she's this thin off 3,000 cals per day, be it 3,000 calories of pizza and cookies or bananas and bullshit.

  • @annietrench depends, if her metaboism is fast then its fine also depends on what exercise she does because if u do the correct exercise u can eat prety much anything u want due to afterburn effect and by the way eating more is better when losing weight rather then eating less because starving urself will only harm ur body in so many ways so yeah she can deffo be that thin on whatever number of calories because different people have different bodies

  • @annietrench

Calorie restriction doesn't work, mane. Eating a low fat high carb vegan diet DOES.

  • i would like to see a before and after raw vegan pics.... bc once lean more than likely always lean... i would like to see a pic.

  • ok i am vegan my self but if ur seriously eating that much fruit ur gonna get diabetes

  • seriously???? it's physically impossible to eat 15 bananas at once and be able to move after - not for a human anyway! besides, 30 bananas and 2 litres of orange juice is 4500 calories and over 2 pounds or pure sugar! elephants are vegans too - it's the quantity that matters!

  • Good Job Lady. Great Video : )

  • I have a question for dr. Barry Sears...

  • To the owner: Somethings not right here. Do you people want to just advertise? Or actually sell to someone. Think i'll find somewhere with better service. This seems like a scam now.

How many times does a person need to ask questions on a diet their interested in without any reply. Thumbs down. Jane Summerville

  • Hi, is their something wrong? I would like to ask you many questions, but your pm box says not permissable. Thanks Jane

  • You can always have too much of something. Moderation is key. Isn't she missing out on other nutrients she could get from other plants?
