Thanks for posting the vid, I too experienced a loss of time my first float. I am definitely going for a 2 hour session next time. I hope you have better experiences in your future floats. Peace.
@ChuckNorrisKratosLOL I will say this - I felt relaxed and in a good mood for the rest of the day. I would imagine that going to sessions regularly would be highly beneficial; especially for people dealing with a lot of stress.
Plus, the epsom salt is supposed to be great for the skin. Even if you can do it often, it's worth trying at least once.
Since everyone is at a different place regarding their practice or state of mind, their experience will also be different. It doesn't make it any better or worse, just different.
I was hoping to share another perspective for those who might be considering using a float tank.
well that was interesting... to bad you had a little bit of anxiety... i would like to do this one day, there is a therapy center within twelve miles from my home... seventy five dollars per hour, that isn't too bad i guess...
@IChoseTheRedPill Thanks. Now that I've been through it once I probably won't be anxious next time.
That's why I wanted to share it. Most videos where people describe their experience, they talk about how they experienced hallucinations.
It's definitely worth doing at least once. If you can find a place that offers a package deal I recommend it. Hopefully you'll be able to find it cheaper than 75. That seems kind of expensive. Good luck!
they have a place out in venice CA. thats 40$ for two hrs!
