i would just recommend using heavy wooden swords. they still give you the weight but take out the potential for serious injury

this stage of reenactement is far behind here , around 10 years ago or more. Wooden sticks are still used for training in a gym.

Cutting edges of swords and axes must be at least 1 milimeter thick, rubber blunts on the arrows min 5 cm in diameter

Swords are real and made of steel Cuz Cutting edge is good for siege Must be sharp not so much Otherwise fatal scratch on the back and on the head sometimes noticed twisted leg How to tell in simple words Sometimes blood is on the swords Bruises often found on bodies Bleeding noses normal thing but how nice is when the ladies taking fighters from the ring Midgard battles are so funny there is always chance to hit But the worst is not just bleeding The real pain is when defeat..
