Zan, just for you to know, I have a shop in city that sells japanese Vitas and they ALL work on any language. Golden Abyss looks great, you can combine it with PS3 to play it when tv is turned off (no, i am not talkin about wii u). Also i didn't have any problems with it, back touchscreen doesn't work because it is useable on certain games. My mother bought one for me, and the only problem i had with a consle, was that Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 was on Japanese, but Uncharted was on English.
@explodingpiggys I haven't actually had any hands on time with the Vita yet. I missed it at E3, but all the news I'm hearing about its tech issues is concerning. As of now, there's no games I'm really excited about (MAYBE Uncharted?). I'm gonna wait til I have a reason to buy one. That's what I did with the 3DS. But in general, I'm wary of the Vita. I don't like handhelds that try to deliver a console experience. I might even do a vid about that. But as of now, I won't pick up a Vita at launch.
