no its not a mod its action replay you buy action replay for the Xbox and the you read the directions and then download the game types onto an xbox memory card and then save them to ur xbox

the weapon is easy though the hud see hes comment there about replay theres a way to play without weapon u need a plasma pistol and charged it up then stand over a skull then pick the skull up u should drop both and if u walk over a weapon u will pick it up
