the album cover always mystefied me somehow growing up . I could never get used to looking at all those faces of older men but the album just plain rocks

@CrazyRockstar123456 If you want my honest opinion, Vault was despicable. The good songs such as Photograph, Bringin On The Heartbreak, Foolin' and Rock of Ages were on there but the rest was crap from Hysteria and beyond. It didn't have this, Too Late For Love, Switch 625, Rocks Off, High N' Dry, Sorrow is A Woman, of Rock Rock Till You Drop. If the setlist was any of the songs I just mentioned then I would proudly own Vault, but until then, no Vault for me.

I figured to burn out early and leave a decent looking corpse but then wives, kids, kids happen. My 19 year old just got home at 2:30 and I'm rockin on youtube. Ain't technology (and beer) great

Def Leppards 2nd best album. Their very best album is their 1st one, On thru the night, which was recorded over 31 years ago, when they were 15 and 16 years old.
The first song my daughter Abby listened to on the radio on the way home from the hospital back in August of 1981. To think that my daughter and this song are 30 years old blows me away. The only thing that blows me away even more is the fact that I will be 60 in a month. I hate age. As a senior citizen and child of metal, I dishown any and all children I know who listen to modern crap.

Mutt Lange nearly destroyed Joe's voice trying to make them AC/DC. They abandoned that idea and actually showed their real talent after that. It's too bad the band was plagued by so many self-inflicted disasters. They were one of the reasons I became a hard rock musician working my ass off to be the next one.

Yeah this and ON THROUGH THE NIGHT are the only two albums I have of DEF. They both kick ass but are some of the worst covers in album history
