Jimmy Fallon wouldn't handle guys like Norm and Harland well because he needs to be the personality in the interview. Conan's amazing at playing the straight man when it comes to interviewing crazy comedians. What I've noticed about Fallon is that he's only good at interviewing really boring guests because he gets to do his shtick. He's God awful at interviewing truly funny people.

The difference between Harland and Norm is that some people think Norm is "slow" and dumb, but he is actually quite clever, while Harland is just crazy.
