Its everyone for themselves and even the experienced can go horribly wrong in foul weather

My hardest race and worst experience was jumping in on the day in the 2009 Perys Horseshoe in Llanberis

Brutal is putting it mildly finishing in just over 5 hrs

I tried the grasmere fell race.I have never done it before so I did very bad. But I dont live in the lake district

I think this year (if I make it that far) I'll be one of those wobbly legged runners everyone loves to see staggering about at the end of the race...
