Maybe puppy but typically a fila is very gently toward the owner/family. A good fila should never be angry against the owner/family. Stangers is a different thing.
If it's a puppy biting can be palying unless you see it's agression. If you are the owner i should start teaching him that you don't allow him to be agressive against you. Remember that's it's a pyppy now but you don't want a 50-70 kg dog to be agressive aginast yourself.

No most of them are not friendly with strangers. This all depends on how you train them. But normally even if the do behave the will always be carefull with strangers and if things happen they will protect their family.
