You know, I grew up listening to the Hawkins. I remember my mother playing the 8 tracks in the car. They inspired me, and I always knew there was something really special about the way God used them. We tend to use the word "anointed" without even thinking about it...it's just church jargon. But THIS man and his family have truly been touched by God. They carry the anoninting in the true since of the word. They were divinely chosen.

This just goes to show that once you're anointed, you're anointed! This man is still hittin' those same notes he was when he was a young buck. He remains one of my favorite gospel singers to this day I love Bishop Hawkins and those that are connected to his ministry.

Sing Bishop. My favorite song writer always (tied with Twink and Tommy) and he still got some notable range!!!!!!! Hope I can keep it up that long and make him (and God)proud. LOL.
